"If you were to picture this world, then you would be largely correct when you would think about our home. There were trees everywhere, on every continent that we could find. Our seas were filled with vegetation from what we could see, not that we ever really made the effort to explore them. There were plenty of water sources, such as beautiful lakes that broke up the sea of green that covered our world, and small rivers that ran through the world like veins run through you or me.
In the early days of our world, we had no choice but to remain in safety. The floors of the forests were filled with dangers, from the smallest creatures that could kill with a single bite from tiny fangs to huge, hulking monstrosities that were hundreds of times stronger than us, perhaps even thousands of times stronger. We were the only ones capable of reaching the extreme heights of the top of the trees, at least out of the creatures restricted to the ground."
