I was cleaning the kitchen when I felt something fluffy rubbing against my leg when I looked down I saw Scarlett rubbing her face all over me such a cutie I thought while picking her up from the ground

After the little conversation I had with Lena I took Scarlett upstairs to show her where her stuff was I put everything in the second bathroom we didn't use in our room and I bet Alicia was still in our room trying to figure out what she should wear I swear this girl can be so cute sometimes I hope that the cutie I have in my arms can calm her down a little open the door I saw Alicia doing just what I thought she was doing, new dress that I had bought in her back at our last shopping outing were spread all over the bed I couldn't even see the color of our bed sheets anymore

I thought I still had time before Ace's Uncle and Aunt arrived but seem like it wasn't the case anymore the cute cat in Ace's arm made me forget about their visit.. for like 2 big seconds before I started thinking about it again if it wasn't for ace choosing my dress I would be there all day why was meeting his family so nerve-wracking for me but Ace met my mother and seems just fine maybe the fact that Ace want more than one wives makes me want to be liked by his family so that I won't be pushed to the side later or maybe the fact that ace family is so rich put pressure on me what if they think I'm not good enough for him or my family is too ordinary argh why am I thinking so much again 

I didn't even realize when I had put my dress on but when Ace came out of the bathroom with Scarlett on his toes which was really cute I saw my reflection in the mirror and I was already dressed up Ace came behind me and put his arm around my waist while kissing the base of my neck

-is it too late to pretend to be sick now I asked him 

-hehe yes do you want me to tell you some exciting news maybe that will take your mind of all the nonsense you've been thinking this past week

-Humph don't call my fear nonsense idiot it's not funny

-I can sense you rolling your eye at me right now if I were you I'd ask myself if I don't suddenly find the bed too small for two tonight

With that said Ace took my hand and dragged me downstairs toward the kitchen I didn't understand why we were going there until I saw two people eating food like there was no more food on this planet I froze on the spot not knowing what I should do or say about this awkward situation I just witness for the first time since I knew Ace I got to see his ashamed blushing face which threw all my doubt and fear about meeting his family melt away right here and there I could hear him mumble to himself 'what the fuck are they doing now'

-this is embarrassing they don't act like... no actually they do act like this from time to time, see nothing to be afraid of we act like any family you know but we travel in jet and live in a castle

Eating Ace food with Anthony turned into a contest about who could faster than the other at first I was eating at normal speed but when I told Anthony that he wouldn't be able to eat Ace food anytime soon after what he did he started eating like this was the last plate of food on earth I do not know since when we start doing this but I was almost full already when I heard a peal of cute laughter coming from the entrance of the kitchen and when I turned to look a the noise I saw Ace with an embarrassed face and a girl trying to hide her laugh behind her hand looking toward us this made me choke on the last bite I had just taken how shameful of me this girl must be Alicia and she saw us acting childishly like this 

-Cough cough cough!

-Take your time Lena you can eat slowly I'll make some more if you guys are that hungry no need to choke yourself like that said Ace his face back to normal and his smile as annoying as ever

-No no I'm full no need to cook anymore but more important why don't you introduce us to this lovely lady beside you 

-I was waiting for Uncle to chew the 2 Frittata muffins he had in his mouth at the same time... yes Uncle I saw you, don't turn your back on me said Ace to Anthony

Anthony Smith P.O.V

With the girls going out I would be alone with Ace now I'm not sure if Helena had done this on purpose or not but she was clearly telling me to rip the bandaid as soon as possible before it got infected as they say Ace sat in front of me and start eating 

-So Uncle did you get everything I asked you last week done?

-Yes I did the keycard and the bank card is in my luggage with all the papers you need for the copyrights of your songs I registered all of them and I also registered a recording and producing studio company you just need to name it and sign the papers ill give you later you also need to pick an address for the 'Office building' I was thinking that since it's only for Alicia sake you can pick out the villa as your office ... save on taxes, I also open a music branch at Lotus publishing house for your music as Lotus there 

-Do you know a construction company good enough to build an operational garage in our private parking lot I already drew the design I need a good crew to make it happen asked Ace

-I do have a friend who runs one of the most reputable construction companies here I'm sure I can work something out

I must say he got me good at answering all his questions it made me answer him on reflex he wasn't looking mad but I knew better than reading his facial expression to know if he really was angry he was a good actor

-I told Martha I would come back home with Alicia for 14 days if she told me when you do a background check on Alicia but even without this I still would I've found out and I knew you knew I would so ... why have you still done that then?

I think I would have preferred him lashing at me screaming or being angry but his disappointing tone and sad face hurt a lot more than everything he could have done or said damn it. I really feel bad now
