"What are you doing, DIO!", Natsuki asked with surprise.

"fufu...Huhahahaha!", DIO laughed like Light Yagami. He was using his nails to scratch his face, the blood was flowing.

"I am doing what you asked which is sucking half of her beast.", DIO said with a smile "And because of her, it makes my 2nd beast awaken!"

The three were stunned. DIO who has only 1 beast was already powerful, if his 2nd beast was as powerful as The World then maybe even the progenitor will have a tough fight.

"Hello, this is Witch of the void speaking.", Natsuki said.

"Hello, Witch of the void. The Japanese government has an order for you. Capture or kill Cannibal. Dimitrie Vatler will join you in a raid with lion king's agency sword maiden. We expect results.", ??? said before hanging up.

Natsuki put down the phone. Before she could say anything she felt a chill down her spine. A cold gaze was glaring at her. She turned her head to see DIO with a calm face. She knew that it was a calm before the storm.

"What will you do Natsuki? Will you capture me or not?", DIO said slowly.

'Do I have a choice? If I do as order Itogami island will sink.', Natsuki thought.

Natsuki's body shook a little but Astarte's body was shaking madly.

"I...I don't plan to do as they said. You have done as you promise so far...so I think I will negotiate with the government...", Natsuki said.

DIO smile. The chilling pressure was gone without a trace.
