First Dungeon

[A/N: There's only be a single chapter for all my Fan Fictions besides of Danmachi:Honored One today. I woke up this morning with a throbbing headache, stuffy nose, and watery eyes. I think it just a cold or allergies, but I'm going to be resting today. If I start to feel better I'll write some more, but for now just enjoy this chapter.]

For some reason Cha Hae in has been dodging me. I visited the Hunter Guild's office the other day and Cha Hae in was there, I tried to talk to her but when she noticed me there, she just covered her face and walked away.

It was weird, I tried and catch up to her but Choi Jong in called me to his office before I go to her. I was annoyed but I went to his office.

There he told me that there was an A rank dungeon that recently opened up. He wants me and Cha Hae in to lead a team and close it.

I accept because I was interested as I have never been in a dungeon before. I wondered what my first gate is going to be like.

Is it going to be a cave? Maybe a desert? What if it an ocean, wait I can't even swim so let's hope not. I was just lost in my thoughts.

He then told me that it was going to be in 2 days. That was fine since I wasn't doing anything. I can even talk to Cha Hae in, since we are going together.

-2 Days Later-

Today it the day. My first dungeon, and it seems to be on the tougher side. I sense the mana coming from the dungeon, it was on the verge of becoming an S rank.

It wasn't there yet but if anything weird happens then it might make it a S rank dungeon. Well with me here I doubt it.

"Hey, Cha Hae in. Are you ready?"I said

"Huh, oh yea. Don't worry about me"she said

"Are you sure? I mean you were just blanking out, just now." I said

"That's! That's because I was thinking" she said while a little red

"If it about what you said that day during my evaluation, don't worry about it"I said

She just gets redder. Then I changed the subject. We started to talk about strategies and what to do in a dungeon.

I even talked to the team. They were all A rank, but most of them seem to be on the lower side of A rank.

Now I was concerned for them. If they make a mistake they might die, let's just hope nothing goes wrong.

Then we start to enter. I say in the back and Cha Hae in stay in the front. We used this tactic because it protected the mages from back and front.

Once we entered, I saw a desert. It was wide and vast. There were even stones that seem to be made of magic stones. The sun was bright and the sand was this tan color.

Then the portal suddenly closed. I seem to be the only one that noticed, so i decided to say something.

"Wait, I know I'm new to this but is the portal suppose to close?" I asked

Then they turn around to see that there was no portal. Some of the A rankers started to worry, but me and Cha Hae in were thinking.

"No it's not, it seems we're in a red dungeon" she said

"Dang, seems like this is going to be a tough week" I joked

"How can you joke in this situation" one of the weaker A rank mages said

"Huh, it better than panicking. Also get ready for a fight, seem like we got company" I said

Then in the distance, on the sand dunes was a huge pack of wolves like monsters around the top of B rank.

We all got ready for battle. I pulled out this long katana. It was bigger then me, but I found that this weapon is the most useful.

Then we charged, I protect the mages and healers and kill the wolves. This lasted for hours, I mean I could have ended it sooner but then again, I wasn't the boss of the raid, Cha Hae in is.

But I was getting bored of this. So I asked Cha Hae in if we should do this faster. She said no as she could carry on but the A rankers are holding us back.

This was true, I mean it was mostly a party of mage and they were already low on mana making them useless. Then a sudden earthquake happen.

More wolves came but this wasn't what cause the earthquake. No, it was something under ground. Then these giant sand worms looking thing's appear. They looked disgusting.

Then I noticed that another new enemy has appeared. They were giant scorpion.

"Okay, nope. Time to just kill them" i said

The team was just panicking besides of Cha Hae in. So I decided to go out and use my powers.

I pulled out my sword and speed up beyond the speed of light. While it looked like everything stopped in reality I was just so fast that even light couldn't catch up.

Luckily, my speed doesn't follow the laws of the universe. So I don't need to worry about being blind or my body destroying itself.

I just walked up to them and started to slash them. I cut them but the world was moving so slow that it didn't recognize it. Only until I return to normal speed will the slash's appear.

I slashed the wolves and scorpion. I used shock wave manipulation for the worms. For fun I moved the team, then I moved and front of them and return to normal speed.

"Ta Da" I said

Then everything behind me just exploded in to blood. There was red lighting everywhere, making it look even cooler. It looked like an action movie but bloodier, brighter, and bigger.

The team was shocked. They knew I was a S ranker but not this powerful. Well I didn't use my full powers but you know it was beyond the norm.

"Let's go defeat the boss" i said while walking away.

Then they just followed and after a days of travel we found him. The boss was a Sphinx.

He was big and powerful. It was at the peak of A rank.

Me and Cha Hae In decided to battle it. First we slashed his legs. This left him trapped as he wouldn't be able to move without being in pain.

Then the Sphinx controlled the sand and created a sandstorm. This limited our vision but I used my shock wave manipulation and destroyed the storm.

Then the Sphinx was getting desperate he started to to try and bite use since his legs weren't working properly. This made his neck open.

So while it was distracted by Cha Hae in, I used this chance to slash his neck. I succeeded and the Sphinx was killed. Then a portal open up.

The team was screaming in joy. The whole time they were just behind a rock while me and Cha Hae in did all the heavy lifting.

Then we just left. Then all of a sudden there were flashes of light. They were camera people, and everyone was trying to ask us question.

"Looks like this is going to be a even longer week" I said

Cha Hae in just chuckled. I just smiled at her and was glad that we are finally back.
