So I lucked out. Apparently I died, and had to wait in a line?? There’s a lottery system in the afterlife? I won the ultimate prize!? Now I am going to the Solo Leveling Universe as Licht Bach!! This is pretty self explanatory if you didn’t understand the title. ======= It is an AU, but it very similar. There’s not a lot to explain. I have bad grammar, and do very little editing. Just enjoy the story!!!
"Next!" Said the man on the counter
It was my turn. Now you must be wondering where I am? Well I died a few hours ago, and was told to wait in line for my turn.
From what I saw they have this lottery based system based on what you have done in your life. Like how good of person you where.
See, apparently a device measures your life and gives you a prize. It's also based on pure luck, but the better person you were, the better your luck.
"Touch the device, please" the man said bored
Then it started to glow in rainbow color.
"Congratulations. You have won today's ultimate prize" he said bored
"What is it?" I asked
"You get to keep your memories. You also spin a wheel for the world your going to and who you are going to be. Don't worry the wheel is based on your memories" he said bored
Then he pulled out this prize wheel. It was blank, so I was confused.
"Please spin the wheel" he said in a bored tone
I then spin the wheel. As it spun I could see it glow and some names appeared. Like One Piece and MHA. Then it slowly stop then landed on Solo Leveling.
"Congratulations, you are going to the Solo Leveling universe" he said still bored
"Wow, that good. At least I won't die and don't have to live without AC" I said
"Spin the wheel for your body/character" he said tired
The I spun it. I saw characters that I really wanted like Zoro or Veldora past by. Then it landed on Licht Bach from plunderer.
Then all of a sudden the man's printer goes off. Then he grabs the print paper and hands it to me.
"This is all of your skill, on the paper it will tell you how it has been adapted to Solo Leveling universe" he said
Then I looked at the paper I was really happy with the results.

[A/N: How did I do on the status? Did I miss anything? I made him strong as I remember. Licht was really strong in the anime. I saw it years ago, so I don't remember his exact strength. I think I did alright. I think that only Ashborn/Full power Jinwoo and Antares can maybe beat him now. There won't be any other status besides Jinwoo in this story. So I uses this one status to determine the MC strength. Well anyways, enjoy my story]
Then the man start to explain the measurements.
"So it pretty self explanatory, it goes from lowest letter to A, then S, then National, then Ruler/Monarch, then lastly Creator. Starting at S rank and ending at Ruler/Monarch it is divided by 4 section. There it goes from low, mid, high and peak." He said bored
"Wow, I'm pretty strong right?" I asked
"I guess, i believe only 2 people can maybe beat you" he said dully
"So, is there anything else I need to know?"I asked
"Yea, you will be born in America. You will awaken your powers at the age of 18. This will be a few years before the story starts. Lastly you'll awaken your memory at 10." He said tired
"So will I be born with white hair or get it after awaken? And how about my family"I asked
"It's after you awaken and your going to be a foster kid since I don't feel like making a background today" he said sleepy
"What do you mean?"I asked really confused
"Well I'm the boss listen to what I say , plus you'll be fine. If anything this will give you a tragic backstory for you to tell other humans, are we done?" he asked tired
"Yeah, i guess"I said
"Ok, good bye. See you later maybe?"he said with no effort
Then bam everything went bright.

"Oh, am I supposed to be having a headache?" I asked to myself
Then i look around. I noticed that I have black hair and dark blue eyes. My skin is fair and I don't really look Asian but more of an European decent.
I have messy hair and seem to be a little taller than average for my age. Then I looked at the room I was staying. I looked at my memories, and found that i am currently living in a foster home.
I live in a big one at that. I share a room with a few other foster kids. Then in the other rooms there are more kids. Apparently, this married couple that is fostering use always wanted a huge family.
They couldn't have children of their own, so they decided that besides of adopting they decided to raise children that have no where to go.
They are rich, so our present doesn't affect them in the slightest. They also seem overly happy to take care of us. Is what that man meant when he said that everything will be fine?
Well currently my stand in my family is that I am a loner. I mean people know my name, and they take care of me but they let me be since I don't really interact with others.
While all the kids play with each other, I rather read a book or play by myself. They all notice this and just let me be, I was pretty grateful since playing with the other kids sounded like a pain.
Now I have to live a normal life till I awaken. How hard can that be?

[A/N: This will be an AU timeline. It won't be that different then the original one. The only massive change it how long dungeon have been open.
I believe in the original the gates only were open for 10 years. So in this AU, they have been open longer around 25 years or so.
Timeline wise Licht will awaken 4 years before Jinwoo and 2 year after Cha Hae-in.
He will be a national hunter. He is going to be the strongest hunter in the world. Well his title will be "The Flashing Ace" the world's fastest man.
He will move to Korea, who knows he might even interact with some famous characters. He might even visit other countries, but who know?
Romance? Maybe, but I don't know who. So I could use some recommendations.
