After that incident, Marvin Medina have several busy days. His grandparents' burial. Getting the payment for the house and the Land, and other important matters.

The government informed them that everyone should leave Ballar and move their residences since all families affected will be paid money based on their properties.

The place of Ballar is no more. One year after the incident, the former beautiful place of Ballar became a den of the people belonging to the Underworld.

The former flowery place was abandoned by people. The buildings became houses of thugs. It became a scary place for the ordinary people.

The police tried to drive away those people many times but failed. They can't risk anymore policemen dying. So they made laws that forbid those evil gangsters not to harm the citizens and just do things on their own as long as they do not threaten the order of the community, and instead, do it in the zones.
