The Preparations

"Where do you think you're going, Miss Sarah Keissi?"

Sarah stopped in her tracks as she was caught in the middle escaping from the ballroom. Sarah knew that she was in trouble as soon as her mother called her by her full name. Still, she looked at her brother in a futile attempt of making him help her but the traitor was hiding behind his son pretending to listen to Jade rambling on about how this house was so big that he could play hide and seek in it forever.

"I was just going to check on the preparations for your room, mom. I'm sure that you must be dead on your feet by now and would appreciate some rest," She said knowing that she wasn't going to escape from thins unless some miracle happens.

"In that case, I will go with you to check it," His mother said linking their arms together, "You're coming too Austin," she said not bothering to turn back
