Chapter 19 What kind of God should I be?....And Veldi-chan.

So two things people! One I shall semi-seal his abilities during the Tensura verse. And two, the 4th or 5th world will be the mash up of DxD and Harry Potter, however he will also be at the beginning of that crossover universe. Like just as that Universe is born.

Yep had to go with it. I remember reading this theory in the DxD verse that all humans are technically Nephilim. Now hear me out. The theory stated that all humans have an evil and good side, resembling the Devil and and Angel, not a Devil and God ( for those lot it's more of a fallen God and ….God) which means that all humans are Nephilims, it's just that they do not have anything supernatural except from the normal mana pool that all beings are born with. There are exceptions however no human can awaken their Nephilim heritage.

And this is where I come in. I have the job of [Mid Nepheloid God] which means I can make any human a true Nephilim. Annoyingly they also get split personality disorder, they have one 'Devil' side which links to one Sin they fall into and an 'Angel' which links to one Virtue. Of course they can both have more Sins or Virtues, but if a human had more sins than virtues then they would become a demon and vice versa, for the 'good side' that person will become a Saint. And that's where I am lost. I have noted that it is a Devil, not a demon and that it is an Angel not a Saint. So they get some power up, but they don't become a Nephilim.

To make a Nephilim, I need the following; a new born baby: Devil and Angel child: a human with a balanced amount of sins and virtues and someone with split personality disorder. The first one is easy…but we have no humans yet. Now to make someone stronger as a Nephilim, the Nephilim MUST come to an agreement or bond with the Devil/Angel side, the tricky bit is the Angel side. Angels want to serve Divine beings and have a pure heart, I could sort that out easily by just saying I want more Nephilims but I have to find a way to give Veldi some Angels.

Now enough of that info dump.

System, is it possible to find mashup Multiverses/Universes?

『Yes. This is why there are an infinite amount, however you can 'mash up' anime/manga/Light novel universes/multiverses and movies together. To 'mash up' Tensura and Marvel, it will cost a significant amount of KP and SP.』

Alright, is it ok to mash up Harry Potter and DxD together and to put me in the beginning of that Universe?

『Yes. It will not cost anything more since that Universe is an original idea.』

Her eyes have a very purple glow that has stars dancing inside. The funny thing is that she is a Stellar Dragon.

I seriously hope she can transform into a humanoid form, and that she is a loli. I'm not a lolicon but if she's a mature looking woman speaking and acting childishly, I will be losing my Lifeforce. Those attacks will make one have heart attacks forever.

Sephtis: "Veldi-chan, please let go of me. I will teach you a method to hug me in a more comfortable way."

Veldi-chan: "*Sniff* Does Onii-chan not like me?"

She is in dragon form but her cute voice is giving me EMOTIONAL DAMAGE.

Sephtis: "No no no, it's just that I want to make it easier for you- I mean us to develop our sibling relationship."

(T/A/N: I'm not making him dense with Veldi-chan, I will make him know that Veldi-chan is obsessed. I remember that anime where that sister has a whole room of her brother….i might make it worse.)

Why is it that I somehow raised a flag and didn't realise it? She is a mature onee-san. Naked obviously.
