This alliance gathering obviously means a lot to the cultivating sect and the people in the country since it meant that they would actually be able to see people from the flame sect for the first time in sixteen years after the battle.

The sect leaders were mostly concerned with finding out how strong and capable the flame sect is now since they haven't been able to hear any news about them.
