Damian found himself in a world of violet. The ground beneath was violet, the sky above was violet, the air he breathed in was violet. No, there was no air to speak of, or was there? Damian felt disoriented.
It was like a blank space of nothingness, a place where one couldn't tell right from left, far from near, up from down. The so-called skies might as well have been a piece of paper soaked in a pale of violet ink. It was just a blank violet space.
But Damian could feel something else, a massive aura flaring wildly from all directions, and it was fast approaching, heading for him at breakneck speed.
'Move!'
The lad reacted instinctively. Honed through a few yet life-threatening battles, his reaction had reached an all time high. But unfortunately, it just so happened that his body refused to obey his orders.
