Tianshi Xue was watching the news. The verdict finally came about the reopened case of her death. It was said that one of the royals took interest in her death and decided that justice needed to be done. There were no names dropped on who it had been.
There were sufficient evidence and the waitress, looking deranged, tired, and lost a lot of weight, confessed to everything that she did. She used a newly potent drug not known in the market, almost undetectable, on the orders of the policeman (Tianshi Xue's uncle) in exchange for money.
They were all sentenced to life in prison. No paroles.
