Darrin, who was sitting up from the bed underneath, shot Dennis a sleepy glance.
"Not by choice," He proceeded to stand to his feet afterwards.
It was the first time Dennis was seeing Darrin get up early, and it was to be expected since the daily drills ended the previous day. The selection day they had all been waiting for had finally arrived.

"Long road to shelter 304. Don't die, noodle kneecaps," Darrin stated while walking past him.
"We won't need to head to Shelter 304 with the others. The aircraft available here should be enough to take a couple of units to Tryhibi Island," Dennis informed.
"Oh, okay," Darrin responded before slipping into the bathroom.
Dennis dropped to the floor and started pushup exercises to wile away time while Darrin made use of the bathroom.
