As I walked away from the prison I tasked Raphael to inform me on anything that happens to Ivan.

As I step into my living room from a portal, I answered my phone I kept getting calls from the government telling me to get them one of Tony's armors, they stated that there are others out there who have the technology and tony won't give it to them so they will find a way to get it.

I obviously told the no, and "that they are crazy for thinking I would steal from my friend."

After they hang up I grabbed a drink and and down and called Tony. "Hey, Tony we have a big problem I'm having the government call me now and telling me to take one of your suits and give it to them or they will find another way to get one."

"It's fine it's empty threats they will do nothing."

"I don't think so they are serious, but I have an idea."

"And what idea would that be because I'm just inclined to ignore it and move on."

"That would be a horrendous idea, I say you build a suit for Rhodes and I'll design and build a AI for it.

This way they get a suit and shut up, but with the AI I'll design we will have control of the suit still and I can design in a way so the details of the suit can't be stolen."

"I'll think about it….

Why didn't you tell me about Ivan's dad?"

"To be honest I didn't think it would come back to bite me.

I didn't allow him to join us because I could tell he was in it for the money, he would have sold it to the highest bidder the moment he had a chance.

So I cut off his chance before anything could happen and I got him deported."

"well look how that turned out." Then he hung up on me.

A few hours after I got back home Raphael informed me that "Ivan is presumed dead."

"Ok, keep a eye on Justin Hammer if Ivan is (dead) then that mean Justin broke him out I want to know where they are at all time."

Not to long after that I decided to start to work on the AI and the new element for Tony's reactor.

I worked on the AI all night long, I put in a learning program, auto flight in case of loosing control or passing out, I also added all the regular AI helpfulness features.

This AI also makes it un-hackable so all the internals are completely safe.

I named it MAMA, it doesn't stand for anything I just find it funny that he'll have to ask mama for help.

The Next day around noon I head over to Tony's house to give him the AI I created for Rhodes armor.

As I pull into his drive Rhodes was about to walk inside his house. "Hey Rhodes, what are you doing you here to give him a speech about his armor? Because if you are you can stop and turn around, if your not here as a friend then there's no conversation worth having.

Anymore the only time you come around is when it involves the government, what happened to our friend."

He takes his hand off the door and looks at me. "I am your guises friend."

I walk past him into the house. "If that was true you would be here to ask how he was doing instead of delivering a message from the government, goodbye Rhodes."

As I walk into his living room I see Rushman and Pepper on the phone with the news and the company members.

I stop near the stairs. "I'm guessing he's downstairs?"

Pepper looked at me. "Yes, he has been for a while."

Before she looked away. "How are doing with this mess right after becoming CEO?"

Smiling, "thank you for asking, but sadly this isn't much different then what I'm used to."

Walking down the stairs. "Good, we'll you two ladies have a nice day."

When I walk through the garage door I see tony in one of his cars looking at some floating screens.

He points at them and on them are Ivan crimes and life he's lived. "Your the reason for this, you did that to them and you don't care?"

Walking closer to the car. "No, no I do not I did what I thought was right at the time and I didn't make him a criminal that's the path he chose he sold secrets just like his father would have if I allowed him to join.

And your one to talk you have ruined many lives yourself."

He tries to stand up but his legs give up.

I catch him and he tells me to bring him to his desk.

I go to his cigar box and pull out a new palladium core.

He pulls out the old core and it's rusted and smoking.

I look at it. "It's not supposed to do that."

He puts the new one in and looks way better.

"I truly thought you'd figure this out by now your better then this, come on I know that you want to prove that your old man wasn't wrong."

Standing up and pointing at a monitor. "

I tried every element and every combination nothing works."

"If you don't get it by next week I'll be your knight in shining armor."

Hitting a button. "Thank you dusty your my savior."

"Did you happen to make a armor for Rhodes I made the AI?"

Tony turns around and looks surprised. "Oh, what is that, it looks like a new set of armor."

Going up to the armor to look at it up close. "You need to work on your fake expressions, I'd give it a 8/10."

"Better then last time, let me see the AI."

Pulling the AI chip out of my pocket and handing it to him. "I named it Mama to be funny but that's not the best part, instead of calling him "sir" or anything like that it calls him "my little soldier."

Tony couldn't stop laughing once he heard what I programmed it to say. "I will never let him change that, I love it."

After a little more small talk I left to go ask Fury his game plan on dealing with Tony.

Later the same day it was Tony's birthday party and being the amazing best friend I am I had to show up but when I did Tony was beyond drunk and had his armor on.

I walk up to Pepper. "How's your evening?"

Turning around and walking to the living room. "Tony's gone overboard and I don't know what to do, can you stop him?"

"Do you really want me to make a scene here he's drunk he won't listen to anyone."

While I was talking Rhodes came up to use.

"You have to be kidding me I just stuck my neck out for this guy."

Turning around to go outside. "That's it I'm calling."

Pepper puts her hand on his arm. "No, no don't I'll handle it."

When she walked towards the stage in the living room, I move closer to Rhodes. "This will be interesting."

She talks to tony for a second before Tony speaks. "Pepper Potts everybody… she made a good point the party is over, but it was for me a while ago, but the after party starts is 15 minutes."

As he was finishing his speech I was walking into Tony's garage, I have a feeling Rhodes will be down here soon.

Like I thought, not 5 minutes later Rhodes was opening the garage door.

"Please don't tell me your down here for the reason I think you are."

Looking very mad he looked at me. "Your questioning me I should be questioning you, why aren't you stopping Tony, instead of stopping him your letting him run wide."

Walking towards Tony's desk. "I'm not letting him do anything he's a grown man, and if I did try it'd just turn into a fight and damage his house, he's drunk he won't listen to anyone."

Walking towards the mk 2 armor. I don't care I'm stopping him."

I hit the button to display the suit we made for him. "You know I told Tony we should make a suit for you so the military will get off your guys back but now I'm kinda regretting it, all this proves is I was correct this morning.

Go and take it but if you want my trust as a friend ever again it'll be hard."

He didn't say anything and put on the suit and went back upstairs.

I stayed downstairs a little longer and I'm glad I did, as I'm in my own thoughts I hear the door open.

"Hey sexy lady, what made you come downstairs, is it to see me?"

"Ethan! I thought you were upstairs.

Shewing her away. "I know your head for information for Fury." I put in some codes. "Here take it." I say before kissing her then walking back upstairs

I put them in myself so this way Fury can't get what he's not supposed to.

When I get to the top the whole house is wrecked. I start to walk when Tony and Rhodes fall through the ceiling then continue to fight.

I make sure no one is in the room when I notice Pepper I start to walk towards her when a piece of debris come flying at her, I grab her and run outside and drop her off with everyone else.

I walk back inside to stop this madness to see them both holding their hands up ready to fire.

I run in between them and made blood shields in both my hands from a spell I found, I aim one at each of them when they fire and there shot ricochets back at them knocking them down.

Rhodes gets up first. "I told you this would happen."

Walking to the balcony. "I'm sorry Ethan I had to." Then he takes off into the air.

I just look at Tony and walk to my car.
