Taking a deep breath he walked into the cave with silently but his face was serious keeping his guard up at all times. Entering the cave, what greeted his eyes was a huge chamber, above and around the chamber's ceiling and walls were blue-colored runes illuminating the cave, recalling what happened in his previous life, he remembered that a secret passage was northward, he walked there.

Later stopping, in front of him was a wall different from the rest as red runes were flowing on the wall in a single arch spiral pattern, this wall looked more like a barrier than a wall. Medes knew what he was looking for was behind this barrier because in his previous life this barrier was an array barrier skills named: (BUDDHA KING STYLE: ANCIENT BARRIER). How does Medes know this skill it was because Heavenly Buddha Sect the 12th ranked organization uses the downgraded version of this skill around their mountain range guarding them.

Knowing they had either been trapped or stumbled across an inheritance they decided to explore the cave until they stumbled across a red barrier. They all mistakenly touched the barrier but they all made a grave mistake as this barrier absorbs life-force he watched his friends lifeforce being sucked dry.

Luckily surviving as he awaken a hidden buddha bloodline, from the inheritance he got extra rewards which were golds and equipments, only later finding out that all the items were cursed with him being the only person that could take and hold them without backlash after getting the inheritance.

This, of course, caused some troubles as he harbored greed, therefore, he decided to take the gold and equipment, and sold some to the Heavenly Destroyer Sect before running away, spreading the cursed items as gifts or resources, absorbing the lifeforce and luck of those using the gold. This brought disaster as it caused more than 7 years to notice the gold and decides to stop its circulation thus it was named as one of the disasters ranked at 6th place.

What Holy Sacred King got which he published were the items and lastly, an organ named: (The Eye Of Dharma) But after reading his memory Medes learned he got the body of one of the devil kings Astaroth who had controlled the concept of time with cultivation unknown to even Lucifer.

It was known by all demon contractors and ancient scrolls that Astaroth was the devil king who ruled (HELL) before Lucifer with his time abilities. Nobody even his family and organizations ever knew because it was hidden in a secret space underneath the forbidden zone of his sect.

Diluting both Astaroths and Vessabhūs blood and injecting it into his body, later fusing the right eye of time, he tried to get acceptance by the book, that he never came and was even disdained by the book so he hid the book until he becomes stronger dominating the book with his strength, unluckily he never got the chance because the day he dominated the book was the day Medes killed him while the book went to the time dimension.

Now that Medes has gone back to the past, he can get a free devil king body, a book of time, and millions of cursed items since the last time the mountain crumbled.

Looking at the barrier Medes bit his right thumb before he smeared it on the barrier since the requirements for passing the barrier were either a unique physique, talent, or bloodline.

Confirming that barrier that could potentially kill him if he didn't cut himself, he gradually disappeared leaving the dark hallway called The path of darkness.
