The tent was set under a big maple tree with a thick trunk that needed two beasts to open their arms together if they want to entirely hug the tree trunk.
Their morning picnic was held under this giant tree, too.
As always, Duncan was the chef who cooked the meal for Bai Lu. Apart from the eggs and fruits Blaze collected, Duncan hunted a wild turkey after the mating ritual and roasted the chicken thigh for her. Some eggs were cooked sunny side up, together with the fruit cubes and the honey grilled chicken thigh, as well as some quick baked black bean biscuits, this big breakfast was served to Bai Lu when the sun moved closer to the place right above their heads.
"LuLu, you must be hungry now. And sorry for the delay — I am not that familiar with this bush area and it took me some time to find a nice wild turkey this time." Duncan put the plate on the table and apologized to Bai Lu.
