Golem

"That presence seemed to be... in front of us. Fortunately, it didn't seem to be dangerous" Lucario said as it looked at Folker's figure.

Folker just frowned as he hurriedly tried to think of something to get out of this situation. However, it seems that nothing comes to mind, at least for now.

"Let's just end it all now before that powerful presence from behind comes" Folker said as his eyes shone with determination.

"Magnet, use [Flash] now!" Folker said as he covered his eyes with his left hand and also covered Clefairy's eyes with his right hand. Lucario and Scizor braced themselves and covered their eyes on their own.

Magnemite then flashed a bright light that illuminated the entire area, blinding the Gravelers and Geodudes for a while.

"Now! Luca, [Aura Sphere]. Scythe, [Bullet Punch]. Magnet, [Gyro Ball]" Folker hurriedly said as he opened his eyes and let out an uppercut in the air.

Lucario then whirled its fist as it formed a ball of aura and launched it towards the middle Graveler. Scizor ignored the Geodudes and rushed towards the left Graveler with a bullet at breakneck speed. Magnemite, on the other hand, rushed towards the right Graveler as it rotated its body and slammed it on its target.

The Gravelers then fell down with their eyes spiraling.

"Not yet! There's still the Geodudes left!" Folker said with a solemn tone as he looked at the Geodudes.

Fortunately, the Geodudes seemed weak and not likely to have the [Self-Destruct] move.

"Scythe, [Bullet Punch]. Luca, [Drain Punch]. Magnet, follow me" Folker hurriedly said as he suddenly grabbed Clefairy's figure and quietly ran forward. Clefairy was taken aback by Folker's sudden actions but it didn't resist as it felt safe on Folker's hands.

Scizor then used [Bullet Punch] to take out the Geodudes while Luca just used [Drain Punch] to take out the remaining Geodudes and at the same time, recover little bits of energy from them.

"Hurry! That presence is here! I can feel it!" Lucario hurriedly punched the remaining Geodudes. Currently, there are 4 Geodudes left. They continued taking them out until none of them were left.

"Let's go!" Lucario said as it rushed forward with Scizor and followed Folker's figure from behind as they ran away.

Suddenly, a loud roar could be heard from behind as it looked at the Gravelers and Geodudes on the ground, fainted. Its loud roar woke some Geodudes up and one Graveler.

Folker ran as he carried Clefairy with his hands while his pokemon followed him from behind. His senses are suddenly tingling with danger and stopped running.

Lucario also seemed to have sensed the danger and stopped as he looked back.

Suddenly, a rolling figure could be seen approaching them. It appeared to be a rock rolling on the ground but Lucario knew that it's not so simple as just a rock because this rock is precisely the powerful presence that it warned Folker about!

Folker and his pokemon dodged to the sides as the rolling rock missed its targets. It suddenly stopped as its figure was finally shown to them as it stood.

The figure appeared to be a bipedal tortoise-like boulder Pokémon with a spherical body covered by a shell of plated, green rocks. It looked at them with hatred in its eyes as it let out a loud roar.

"Golem!"

Folker and his pokemon were sweating bullets as they looked at the figure in front of them.

"So- strong!" Folker said with a stutter but his lips curled up.

'We can't escape. It's only one while we have three, four if we include clefairy but I doubt its fighting prowess. Moreover, we have the type advantage' Folker thought to himself as his eyes shone with determination. His pokemon noticed the change in his eyes and let out cries.

"Magnemite!"

"Scizor!"

"I can do this all day" Lucario said with a smile as it clenched its fists.

"Nice!" Folker replied as he gave them a thumbs up.

"Scythe, [Double Team], Magnet, [Screech]. Luca, [Work Up]!" Folker said as raised his fist forward. Magnemite was once again reduced to just a support. It couldn't be helped. The Electric type attacks just don't work on ground types, which limited its choice of moves within this battle.

Scizor then approached Golem's figure and surrounded it with its clones. Magnemite emitted an ear-splitting screech towards Golem, lowering its defenses. Lucario, on the other hand, just roused itself to raise its attack and special attacks!

Golem then attacked the clones that surrounded it with [Rock Throw].

Folker responded with "Magnet, use [Flash]"

Magnemite then used [Flash]. Golem's eyes were blinded but it didn't care and just crouched down and used [Rollout] on Scizor's clones. [Rollout] doesn't need eyes anyway.

"Scythe, [Focus Energy]. Luca, [Aura Sphere]" Folker hurriedly said after he saw [Rollout]. He recalled Brock's Geodude who abused rollout, forcing his Riolu to evolve before it could stop [Rollout], and that was just when it was a Geodude. What about now, in front of him, the final evolved form of Geodude, Golem?

Folker knew that the situation was troubling but he decided to test the water first, if Lucario's [Aura Sphere] could still stop its [Rollout] attack.

Scizor focused its energy but was hit by Golem's rollout, nevertheless it endured it. Lucario then whirled its fist and formed [Aura Sphere] and launched it towards the rolling Golem and hit it! But it didn't stop.

"Scythe, use [Bullet Punch]. Luca, use [Meteor Mash] at the same time as Scythe's [Bullet Punch] to stop its attacks!" Folker shouted as he tried a move combination to stop Golem's roll.

Golem's roll then quickly approached Lucario and Scizor in front of it while Scizor and Lucario just braced themselves and let out tough punches at the same time.

It was then that Golem's [Rollout] was stopped as it let out a loud roar. Two Super effective attacks to stop the rock type move [Rollout]!

Scizor and Lucario then panted for breath as their fists shook from the impact.
