Killing Spree

Noah exuded a serious expression as he felt the wind blow against his dark strands of hair. His grip on his plasma gun suddenly tightened as a distant island entered his line of sight.

"Ease up, will you?" A palm suddenly against his back, making him sigh with annoyance and glance at the owner of the hand.

"Ian, if you don't want to be serious on this mission, then don't bother me. And we're currently in a helicopter above water, if you fall down because you can't simply strap in, I swear we're leaving you." He slapped away his friend/rival's hand and focused his attention on the island before them.

"No need for that." The youth slumped onto his seat, his hands behind his head as he lay comfortably. "You're being serious enough for both of us."

"Fuck off."

"He might actually cut off your tongue one of these days." A new voice spoke before chuckling. "I'd love to see that happen."

"Brian stop being a coward. If you want me dead, fight me yourself." Ian stuck his middle finger out and laughed. The target of his words was a young man, looking about 20 years of age with dyed blue hair and brown colored eyes, with a well-defined jaw and a handsome face, though not on Noah's and Ian's level.

Brian simply cocked his plasma gun and sneered. "And why in hell would I do that, only two people in here can take you on. I love my life, thank you very much."

"Brian, stop exaggerating I can't take Ian on. Yet." A familiar female voice rang out and made the two turn towards the owner. Her face, at first, seemed to be blurred, with only her white hair visible but when Noah turned to focus on the girl, there seemed to be a masked donned on her face. But he didn't notice this and focused back on the distant island.

Weirdly, every other person in the vicinity continued their conversation as if the action hadn't be caught by them either.

Ian, upon hearing her words, abruptly sat up. "Noah, you seeing this? The little girl has gotten arrogance. I still remember you begging at Noah's feet to train you. The dyed hair isn't hiding that part of you Isabelle."

"I totally embrace that side of myself." She said this but her middle finger struck out facing him. "Plus, I'm not arrogant. Give me a few years and I'll definitely catch up to you."

"You're a hundred years too young." Ian laughed.

A voice sighed. "They're at it again." The owner of the voice was a woman with hazel colored eyes, black hair that only reached her neck and a beautiful face that hinted at her Asian nationality.

"Follow my advice, Chloe. Just ignore it all." A man sighed as well. His hand brushed against his goatee while his brown colored eyes stared annoyingly at the duo going at it. He was a bald man with a dark skin tone and a well-defined body, with muscles that threatened to break past the specialized suit he wore.

"Tyler, I seriously don't know how you survived three missions with these people." She spoke, glancing at him with an expression of pity.

"I manage."

"All of you, shut up." Noah finally spoke, forcing every conversation in the helicopter to come to a stop. "We're here. Our mission is simple. Go down and massacre all the targets down there."

"If I might ask, who are they?" Brian glanced at the island that was now getting bigger in their view. "Not every random cultist group receives the attention of our Nation's special Unit."

"Usually I wouldn't care but this group is indeed special." Noah unstrapped and stood, hoisting his plasma gun. "Apparently, they're in charge of the bombing that occurred a few days within the Commissioner's Estate. So the government wishes to get rid of them as soon as possible and possibly gain intel on how they were able to get in."

"Is that all?" Ian asked, smiling as he stood up and faced the open helicopter door.

"Yeah." Noah replied, not hesitating to walk through the door and falling towards the island more than 500 meters below him. The others behind jumped out as well, allowing gravity pull them towards the island.

The 6 watched calmly as the ground beneath seemed to get more and more closer before they were finally only 20 meters above the ground. Their respective battlesuits lit up gently, ejecting flames from the thrusters stationed at their soles and reducing their fall speed.

They still crashed into the ground, but no injuries whatsoever were afflicted. No words were exchanged as they held onto their weapons and waited for the enemy to respond to their loud arrival.

Sure enough the respond was huge, featuring multiple missiles being launched at them and the arrival of over a hundred warriors that charged at them without a care for their own lives.

Noah sneered, aiming his plasma gun and firing at the missile closest to him, setting it ablaze and scattering shrapnel that bounced against their Battlesuits but were unable to tear through. Tiger Steps!

The dark haired youth charged forth, rapidly firing any and all missiles that headed towards him and accurately shooting the heads of the incoming warriors. By the time he had reached them, he had killed about 10 of the enemy and he didn't hesitate to reap the lives of more.

He placed the plasma gun behind him, allowing the magnetic alloy that was attached to the Battlesuits attract and hold onto the gun. His hands then gripped onto the items that were attached to his waist. Upon touch, they unfurled and grasped onto his palm, quickly stretching out and covering his arm to form a sort of gauntlet.

Noah smiled as he felt the process end, clenching and unclenching his hands before launching a punch at the closest warrior to him. The poor fellow could only block miserably and watch as his arms broke and bend inwards. "Berserk Tiger Art: Kill Spree."

And a killing spree it was.
