The weather in Cangxia changed often.
Wu Hen and Chongli Mountain also had to understand the climate.
Fortunately, weather had distinct scents as well. For example, right before a heavy rainstorm, the air would fill with the smell of soil and grass, the pressure would stir up smaller particles, and when Wu Hen breathed them into his lungs, he could taste different sensations.
He crossed mountains and ridges, passing through one painted wall gorge after another.
Bai Ze evidently realized it had fallen into a human trap, so while it still had some consciousness, it kept flying deeper into Cangxia, trying to shake off the humans and buy itself some time to wake up.
Don't underestimate Wu Hen and Chongli Mountain just because they were on foot. Their speed in overcoming obstacles wasn't slow. After conquering each gorge, Wu Hen could always sense the distinctive fragrance of the Rainbow Rock Tea leaves.
