Thank You

"How can I explain it… no… he won't understand what I mean even if I explain it… Stupid… so what?" These questions kept haunting me until the bell rang and before the teacher left the class "There's only one week left for you to have your graduation exam, prepare yourselves.

After that, the teacher left the class accompanied by the shock of her friends who were not ready for this sudden announcement.

"Fan study together, okay?" Jefri walked over to my seat and then I nodded in agreement saying "But promise not to join the gang again."

Jefri pouted and said "AHHH...not a cool deal." Jefri pouted and then I laughed.

Finally, since today and before the test, Jefri always came to my house and we studied together. My mother and sister who are resentful are very happy with the arrival of Jefri. It turns out that Jefri really understands the lesson even though he often falls asleep in class during class and skips school and that makes me even more amazed.

The exam day starts for three days. The first day of the exam after entering the exam room and doing the questions as usual, Jefri and I exchanged opinions on the answers to the questions we had passed.

"That means that the answer should have been, oh my fault." I said to Jefri after answering the question

"Never mind the past, let it pass, I'm sure you pass." Jefri stood looking at me and held out his hand which I welcomed and then we went home together.

A week after the exam, the graduation announcement was posted on the board with the highest score held by Jefri, followed by Michael while I was in tenth place. Many friends were shocked and amazed by the achievements of Jefri, the truant and sleeper in class. As usual, Jefri only had a flat expression even though he graduated with the highest grades in school and then Jefri was visited by other friends to congratulate him and scribble on his clothes.

After all friends left, both of our clothes were full of scribbles as well as the clothes of other friends who were also full of scribbles of messages, signatures and pictures. Suddenly Jefri grabbed my hand and led me to the back of the school.

"I haven't written anything on your shirt." Jeffrey said.

"Yeah, just write it down." I turned my back on him and he started scribbling on my shirt.

"Yes, I'll read it when I get home, okay?" Jeffrey said with a smile.

Finally it was time to go home, I couldn't wait to see what Jefri wrote on the back of my shirt.

"Is this the outpouring of Jefri's heart, will he express his feelings to me through this writing." I screamed.

After arriving home, I read my uniform and behind the writing with Jefri's signature I read the capital letters in the writing which read "THANK YOU SHORT."

"Hem... just annoying in the end, you're annoying Jefriiiiiiiiiiiiiiii." I screamed in my room and just then my sister heard my scream and peeked in my room.

"If you miss him just tell him to come here.' I turned to my brother and started chasing her who ran to my mother and said that I was calling Jefri's name in my room. Mom just smiled seeing me chasing my little brother.
