I was a bit dissapointed, I put it in the storage unit; just in case a future crew member wants it.

An island was slowly coming into view, the island was moderately large. There were two big power plant shaped towers that had cannons on top of them, the building was of course a marine base.

Thankfully there wasn't a jolly roger on the ship yet, otherwise...well I think you could guess what would happen.

I docked the ship and called Kuina and Aoki out.

"Kuina, Aoki! We've arrived!"

"Jeez! You don't have to yell we're right here." Aoki suddenly said making me chuckle. I noticed something different about Aoki, it felt like her strength was increased by multiple times.

Looks like she found out about her newly gained powers, took her long enough.

"Why did we come to Shells town?" Kuina asked.

I couldn't give them a proper reason, the reason we came here was to fulfill my urge in seeing this place in person. Those canons! They look really cool!

"Well we have to buy a new map." I pulled out the old map, which was drenched.

"Now how did that happen?" Kuina asked, giving me a weird look.

"Yeah, how did that happen?" I said as I gazed over towards Aoki.

"W-well umm, I-I was testing out my powers. Which I forgot to tell you guys about, Avery I think there was something wrong with that fruit you gave me." Aoki waved her hand once and water generated, a ball of water floated in front of her.

"Woah!" Kuina exclaimed in surprise.

"Aoki if I didn't put you in this situation, when would you have told us you had these powers?" I asked.

"I-I; no comment" Aoki looked down at her feet after she said that.

"Don't worry Aoki, I'm not mad or anything. All I want is for you to not keep secrets from us, if we're going to be a crew we have to have each others trust first." I patted her head and gave her a bright smile.

Aoki silently nodded, I noticed that her face had a hue of red in it after I patted her head. She must be shy, hehe; my sister is so adorable.

The three of us walked off the ship and walked towards the town. We walked through the streets and looked for a store.

"Avery we should ask someone to give us some directions. We'll be walking forever if we keep this up." Kuina said.

"Good idea, I was getting a little annoyed."

We walked towards a small crowd of people and found a little boy with a newspaper in his hand, I stretched my hands out and lightly tapped him on the shoulder gettng his attention.

He looked up at me and looked down at the paper, he did this around five times and his mouth was agape.

"Your cool big bro! You're a pirate and you have a bounty! A whopping three million, I want to be like you when I grow up!" The boy shouted, making everyone look at us well more so me.

A woman came and lifted the boy.

"We don't like them okay Matt? Pirates are the bad guys, they pillage villages and hurt Marines; the good guys." The woman told the boy.

"Huh? But what Mr. Liutenant Commander Morgan does is wrong! He hurts all of us townspeople mom!" The boy yelled out, causing the people around him to gasp in shock.

"What's all the racket over here?!" A tall blonde haired, muscular man approached the crowd.

I got a better look at him and recognized him instantly.

"Axe Hand Morgan" I said getting the attention of him.

"Hmm? Wait aren't you that one rookie pirate? Ho ho ho looks like today's my lucky day! I get to bathe in the blood of some bastard pirates and get promoted!"

"First, take that boy away we'll deal with him later." Morgan ordered one of the five marines with him.

"Seriously what's up with all these clowns? Did I not check the calender today, I'm pretty sure it's not halloween!" I shouted.

"Aoki, Kuina take the other marines I'll take the blondie." Morgan was out of there league right now, but I was confident they could take the marines.

Rank up? Is he not a Captain yet, than his tyranny started even before he was a captain!

"Tch, scum like you don't deserve to live. You waste of oxygen." I said as I unsheathed Ace, preparing to fight.
