"Captain Alvida, it looks like a small island. It looks worthless too," a thug-looking man remarked to his captain.

"Search it anyway. It could have hidden treasure or civilians we can steal from," Alvida responded, her annoyance evident.

Alvida was a tall and obese woman with long wavy black hair and freckles on her cheeks. She wore a white cowgirl hat with a large red plume, a red neckerchief, a pink plaid shirt, and a blue captain's coat with the arms in the sleeves.

"But captain, it's a waste of time. We could—" Heppoko began, wanting to change Alvida's mind.

"SHUT UP! I have the last word here, or do you want me to kill you?" Alvida said coldly, raising her mace in front of his face.

"I am sorry, captain," Heppoko quickly responded in fear, taking a step back.

"Who is the most beautiful lady in this world?" Alvida asked with a smile on her face.

"IT'S YOU, ALVIDA-SAMA!" everyone on the ship shouted, forcing smiles on their faces.

"HAHAHAH Good, now stop the ship on the island and do your work," Alvida commanded then entered her cabin.

After they docked the ship, one of the crew members noticed someone on the beach and shouted, "There is someone on the island!"

All the crew members gathered together and looked at the figure, who was apparently smiling at them.

It was no one else except Toshiro, smiling with an innocent expression 😄

"Yo, hello there"

"Can you tell me what year this is?" Toshiro asked with a smile on his face, wanting to make a good first impression. He needed to know the current timeline to properly plan his next steps.

The crew examined Toshiro, noticing that he looked like a homeless man. They quickly lost interest in finding anything valuable on the island or stealing from any village there. They concluded that Toshiro was just a normal civilian who had gotten into an accident at sea and was stranded on the island.

Toshiro examined them too. After seeing the heart-shaped ship, he recognized it as Alvida's ship immediately.

"Nice, I am not in the past or an unknown era," Toshiro said with relief, knowing that he could use his future knowledge to his advantage.

"Hey, you! Are you alone here? Do you have anything valuable with you? And what were you yapping about?" Heppoko asked arrogantly, walking toward Toshiro and flaunting his large figure.

"Are you deaf? Braindead? Can't understand human language?" Toshiro retorted, his smile fading into his usual emotionless expression and a cold tone.

 He thought to himself, "Is this a third-rate villain? Seeing anime characters in front of me inside my reality should make me feel something, right? Whatever."

"What?? It seems you don't understand your situation, you little pun—" Heppoko began, but then he felt something was wrong.

"Wh...why is the world upside down? And why do my brothers look shocked? Huh? Is that my body?" Heppoko wondered as his head hit the ground, separated from his body.

"I won't repeat myself again. What's the year of today?" Toshiro said with a cold tone, then wondered to himself, "I thought I would feel something for killing someone, considering how much my previous life emphasized how morally wrong it was."

Toshiro unleashed a normal dismantle. He and Heppoko were close to each other, and human durability differed significantly from that of a Sea King. Combined with Toshiro's training, the attack had no problem piercing through any normal human in its path.

When Toshiro raised his hand again.

"It... IT'S the year 1521 of the sea calendar!" someone shouted in fear.

"1521, huh? One year before Luffy sets sail. That works too," Toshiro muttered to himself with a thoughtful look.

The crew, shocked and terrified, didn't know what had just happened and didn't dare to move. They waited nervously for Toshiro's next actions, who had his hand on his jaw, deep in thought, talking to himself about something.

"WHAT'S HAPPENING HERE?" Alvida stormed out of her cabin after hearing the shouting and the ensuing silence.

"Who are you?" Alvida demanded, her expression stern as she gazed at the unfamiliar face.

"Eeehhh?? I am shocked! I didn't think you were this ugly," Toshiro remarked with a smirk, pretending to be taken aback.

Dead silence enveloped the area as the crew opened their mouths wide in shock.

"WHO SAID THAT??" Alvida shouted furiously.

"It was your crew who told me that, and they didn't stop yapping about it. What a lovely crew you have here," Toshiro replied calmly, speaking nonsense without any change in his expression.

Alvida turned to look at her crew with a terrifying glare, as if questioning if what Toshiro said was true. Instantly, all of the crew members exclaimed in unison, "He is lying, Alvida-sama! We would never say such things! And look over there, he killed one of our members!"

Alvida first glanced at the dead body, then turned her gaze back to Toshiro, convinced that he was lying.

"Well, I lied," Toshiro confessed, looking at Alvida jokingly.

"You bastard!" Alvida shouted, charging at Toshiro with her mace.

Toshiro swiftly dodged her attack and said mockingly, "Your weapon can hurt people, you know."

As Alvida was about to unleash a barrage attack, she heard Toshiro chant,

"Kai." 👉 メ

Two cuts appeared on Alvida's body, and blood started to flow from them. Shocked by the sudden pain, she became incapacitated from fighting.

"I guess obese bodies have their perks too," Toshiro remarked, looking at Alvida's wounds.

Alvida, still trying to comprehend what happened, looked at Toshiro with fear and asked, "Is this a result of a devil fruit?"

"Yes," Toshiro responded without looking at her, as he walked past her and got onto the ship.

"I see. I heard rumors, but I guess they really do exist," Alvida muttered, shaken by the encounter.

Since it wouldn't be a secret in the future, Toshiro didn't mind confessing that he ate a devil fruit.

But He was secretly shocked because most people in his previous world would start crying and freaking out over such wounds, but Alvida was able to stay calm and communicate with him.

"I guess people in One Piece are built different," Toshiro said to himself in a low voice, pondering the stark differences between the worlds.

"Everyone, come to the ship. We are leaving," Toshiro commanded with a tone that brooked no refusal.

With newfound confidence after his encounter with Alvida, Toshiro declared to himself, "I can confidently say that I am the strongest now in the East Blue". My goal is crystal clear now.

"I want to be the strongest creature in history to have walked in this world," Toshiro declared arrogantly, with sparks of black emanating from his yellow glowing eyes. However, he did not notice the subtle change within himself.

"I noticed during training that I don't have the passive healing like other Zoan types. Instead, I can use the Reverse Curse technique on myself and others."

Toshiro reminded himself. "But it uses so much stamina, and the amount needed doubles when using it on other creatures. I tested that with a wounded animal in the forest." Toshiro realized he needed to be careful in the future to avoid getting wounded and waste unnecessary stamina.
