"Hehe, isn't chaos good?"

Facing Ivankov's questioning, Buggy sneered and asked rhetorically.

Ivankov was stunned, not expecting Buggy to suddenly ask such a thing.

But Ivankov already had an answer in his heart! He blurted out, "Of course chaos isn't good! Normal people in this world should have no hope for chaos! Only stability can lead to a good life!"

"Hahahaha, hahahaha!"

Hearing Ivankov's answer, Buggy laughed out loud as if he had heard a hilarious joke! Ivankov frowned, and said with some dissatisfaction, "Buggy boy, what are you laughing at!"

"Hahahaha, I'm sorry, I—"

Buggy was still laughing, so hard that he couldn't even utter a complete sentence!

It seemed like they had uncovered some terrible secret!

Buggy's contribution this time was just the beginning! He didn't want to quietly wait for the winds of change; he wanted to be the wind that turned the windmill!

Buggy was still surprised by his sudden awakening of Conqueror's Haki. After hearing Ivankov's question, he calmed himself and replied, "Yes, I was an apprentice on Captain Roger's ship, along with Shanks. There's no point in hiding it."

Buggy knew it wouldn't be long before the Navy Headquarters found out and made it public anyway. Besides, this identity could provide him with some advantages in the future.

After confirming this fact, Ivankov seemed even more unsettled. This revelation also validated Buggy's earlier statements.
