Blackbeard's eyes gleamed with excitement as he laughed, "Hahaha, Buggy, now I understand why you didn't take the boat Doflamingo prepared and chose to seek out the Straw Hat Kid's boat instead!"

"The power of this Lion's Roar Cannon rivals that of an Admiral's attack!"

To devastate half an island with a single cannon shot, even an Admiral would have to take it seriously!

Buggy grinned and replied, "Of course! This ship has even more to offer. You'll see the full extent of its power soon enough! After all, this ship was crafted by Franky, Iceburg, and the chief shipwright from the Galley-La Company!"

Blackbeard furrowed his brow, thinking for a moment before asking, "I've heard of Iceburg and the Galley-La Company; they're renowned as the finest shipbuilders in Water 7 and are famous across the world!"

"But who is this Franky?"

After a brief pause, Buggy explained, "The Oro Jackson, the ship that Captain Roger used to conquer the seas, was built by the master shipwright Tom!"

"And Franky and Iceburg are Tom's esteemed apprentices!"

Upon hearing this, everyone nodded in understanding. With such notable connections, it's no wonder the Sunny is so formidable!

But just when everyone thought they had heard it all, Buggy added, "What's even more important is that Tom's lineage includes the shipbuilder who possesses the design for the 'Pluton,' one of the three ancient weapons!"

"And after Tom's death, the blueprint for this 'Pluton' was passed down to his disciples!"

Buggy shrugged and replied, "I don't know that. You'll have to find him yourself after this mess is over!"

Blackbeard was about to agree when he suddenly hesitated, as if a thought had struck him.

Could it be that Buggy, by revealing such crucial information so casually, was planning something? Was Franky originally Buggy's ally, trying to use me to achieve his own ends?

The more Blackbeard pondered, the more convinced he became that their plan could work, and he felt less concerned about Franky.

Noticing Blackbeard's sudden silence, Buggy couldn't help but ask, "Teach, why did you stop talking?"

Blackbeard snapped back to attention and sneered, "It's nothing. I just think our priority should be to deal with the Golden Lion first. Once that's sorted, we can focus on claiming territory in the New World. As for Franky, we can deal with that later. Hahaha!"

Buggy didn't dwell on it and nodded in agreement. "Agreed. Now that the G2 base gate has been breached, let's find the Golden Lion first!"

The Lion Roar cannon had not only destroyed the G2 base's gates but also overwhelmed the navy troops stationed on the fortifications.

By the time Buggy and his crew docked the Sunny at the shore, the G2 base's navy had yet to organize a proper defense.

Buggy instructed, "Hancock, Shiryu, you two handle the navy on the island. Mr. 3, you stay with the ship and guard it. Teach and Domino, come with me to find the Golden Lion!"

With that, Buggy leaped off the boat and headed into the depths of the G2 base, indifferent to everyone's reactions.

Blackbeard and Domino followed silently, while Shiryu smirked, drew his long sword, and jumped off the ship with Hancock, heading toward the navy forces on the base.

"Stop!"

As Buggy and his group advanced, a dusty and disheveled figure suddenly emerged to block their path.

It was Kadar, the deputy base leader of the G2 base.

Kadar drew his sword and pointed it at Buggy and the others. "In the name of justice, you will not advance another step!"

Despite his commanding stance, the trio continued forward without missing a beat, seemingly ignoring Kadar's challenge.

"You guys."

"Poof!"

Kadar lifted his long sword, but just as he was about to strike, another long sword pierced his chest!

Shiryu nonchalantly tossed Kadar's lifeless body aside and vanished from sight.

Buggy and his crew walked past Kadar's body as if nothing had happened.

They only took a few steps when Blackbeard suddenly turned to Domino, who remained expressionless, and said with a grin, "Hahaha, Miss Domino, isn't it troubling to see so many navy officers falling in front of you like this?"

Domino snorted, completely ignoring Blackbeard's words.

However, from the way Domino clenched her fists, it was clear that she wasn't as calm as she appeared!

Seeing this, Blackbeard taunted further, "Hahaha, I almost forgot that Miss Domino is the head jailer of Impel Down. Even if all these navy officers are dead, what can you do about it?"

Domino bit her lip, a faint blush rising on her cheeks.

Buggy chuckled, wrapped his arm around Domino's waist, and said, "Stop joking, Teach. If you're really bored, why don't you explore ahead and find out where the prison in this base is?"

Blackbeard's eyes gleamed with mischief as he replied, "Hahaha, Buggy, it seems you're treating me like one of your subordinates now!"

Buggy pondered for a moment and then smiled at Blackbeard. "My subordinates are quite obedient. If you don't mind, you can just call me 'father-in-law'!"

Blackbeard: "???"

Buggy continued, "That way, Domino would be your stepmother!"

Domino: "???"

Blackbeard: "..."
