Vice-Admiral Julius

(Quickly before we start, I did a little change last chapter where Moria takes the dragon body in order to use his shadow power to make a zombie dragon, since I forgot to do it the first time...I also thought it would be cool if Ashen could ride a dragon to Marineford or something, you know Ashen Targaryen or Ashen the Dragonborn…Anyway, that's all enjoy reading)

[New World, G-6 Marine Base]

The marine base buzzed with activity as Vice-Admiral Julius, known as 'The Punisher' strode purposefully through its corridors. His stern gaze and no-nonsense demeanor demanded respect from those around him. He became the base commander after Vice-Admiral Tokikake was transferred back to the Headquarters a year ago.

As he entered his office, his loyal subordinates, Rear-Admiral Doll and Captain Boar, stood at attention, awaiting orders. Julius deep voice rumbled with authority as he addressed his trusted ally. "Captain Boar, gather all available intelligence on the growing pirate presence in the New World lately"

Captain Boar, a seasoned officer, nodded firmly. "Understood, Vice-Admiral."

"Good," Julius replied curtly.

"As serious as ever" Doll said with a grin while she was sitting near his desk.

"There is no time to play around Doll" Julius replied with a serious face.

"How boring"

As Captain Boar left to carry out his orders, Julius turned to his office window, gazing out at the bustling marine base below. Thoughts of his older brother, now a powerful Yonko, troubled his mind. Their paths had diverged long ago, one embracing justice within the Marines, the other sailing the treacherous seas as a pirate.

In the heart of his desk, a few reports documents of pirate activities in the New World laid on his desk. Julius eyes narrowed as he studied the data, noting the escalating threat. His voice echoed with disdain "These pirates scum think they can do as they like while we are around. They underestimate the Marines too much, and I can't blame them though…everyone is just sitting back and letting these Yonko do whatever they like in the New World, and on top of that they are now protecting pirates under the name of the so-called Warlords of The Sea. I'm starting to think the marines are just a bunch of cowards now"

"Scum? I believe your brother is also a pirate, and a Yonko on top of that…The government is labeling him the worst of the four for his actions the last decade, even his nick name is the Demon of The Sea" Doll responded with a smirk "And don't let anyone else catch you saying those things, or you'll get in serious trouble"

Julius immediately raised his hand in disagreement.

"Atilla is different don't compare him to those low lives, you don't know him" Julius said with a serious tone of voice, even though his brother that he thought was missing and joined the marines just to look for him suddenly became a pirate more than a decade ago, he still believed that he isn't in it just for money, influence or treasures and that he had something bigger to achieve…but he still had no idea what it is.

A moment later an officer came in and informed Julius about a new report "Julius-san, we've got a report stating that the Heavy Drinker Pirates lead by Vasco Shot are currently camping in Yukiryu Island"

"Yukiryu Island, it's near the Red Hair Pirates territory" Julious stated, while searching in the pill of documents in his office before he brought out a wanted poster and some information about them "Their Captain Vasco Shot is known as 'Heavy Drinky' with a bounty of 420 million berries…" Julius proceeded to read more about him, his crimes were so brutal and disturbing that it made him furious at the thought that he was still roaming the sea freely.

"Time to bring this ugly bastard to justice" Julius said as he immediately got on his feet without wasting anytime.

"This might be your perfect chance to test your new power, don't you think?" Doll asked him with a grin, as she stood after him.

"I still can't believe how those lousy pirates got their hands on such a powerful devil fruit" Julius responded.

A few days ago, and after a battle against a pirate crew, Julius managed to find a chest while searching in their ship's wreak and he was surprised to find a devil fruit inside of it. Apparently, those pirates didn't know it's true worth and were just going to sell it on the Black-market.

Julius used the Marine devil fruit cyclopedia and found that it was worth a lot more than that.

12 hours later,

Yukiryu Island was not too far from the G-6 Marine Base and using a marine warship Julius managed to reach the island in less than a day.

Once they arrived Vasco Shot and Julius immediately confronted each other.

"Toputoputopu! --*Hiccup*…The marines are here after us--*Hiccup*" Vasco Shot said completely drunk, he was holding a bottle of alcohol in his left hand and a pistole in his right before he proceeded to drink again "I'll kill you all!" He said pointing his pistole at Julius.

"What kind of laugh is that?" Julius questioned as he unsheathed his sword and removed his prosthetic left arm revealing the blade mounted inside his forearm "Time for you to visit Impel Down where you belong"

*GUN-SHOT* Without a notice Vasco Shot proceeded to shoot Julius in the chest, only to be surprised that blood didn't drip from his body even though there was a hole in his chest.

"What?!--*Hiccup*"

"Hpmh… Crystal Cascade Avalanche!!" Julius used his devil fruit to launch an attack. He proceeded to summon a colossal avalanche of crystalline boulders, hurtling down with tremendous force at Vasco Shot and his crew near him.

Julius ate the Crystal-Crystal Logia Fruit, making him a crystal human.

"Crystal?!!"

"Don't worry, I'll make sure to only break every body part you have so you don't put up any resistance after that" Julius declared with a cold look.

The battle didn't last long before Vasco Shot and his entire crew was defeated and imprisoned, he will be in Impel Down in a few days after that where he would spend the rest of his live with criminals in Level 6.

Somewhere on the sea…in the Sword of Xebec,

Ashen was in the training room inside the ship, he was drenched in sweat while training some Semei Kikan techniques. He acquired a manual of Semei Kikan along with a devil fruit that's still lying around from a CP7 ship way back when he was invading Hachinosu for the first time.

It took him several years to finally make some progress on this technique, Ashen knew how powerful it could be if used right. For example, the user can regulate their heartbeat, blood flow, and metabolism to optimize their performance in combat. They can manipulate their senses, heightening their perception to detect even the most subtle changes in their surroundings.

When it comes to speed, the user can tap into their neural pathways and manipulate the firing of neurons, allowing for increased synaptic transmissions and faster information processing. By fine-tuning their neural connections, they can optimize the efficiency of their brain's signaling system, leading to heightened reflexes, accelerated thought processes, and ultimately, swifter physical movements.

Furthermore, Seimei Kikan empowers the user to manipulate their bodily composition, they can even manipulate their bone structure which for example can make Ashen's Rokuogan and Hasshoken shockwaves stronger if he can make his fists bigger. He can harden his skin to withstand powerful blows, fortify his bones to resist fractures, and even temporarily boost his endurance and stamina.

It could be one of the strongest martial arts in the right hand if someone can reach a higher level of control over his body. But Ashen is still not on that level yet even after training it for more than seven years…or maybe it just impossible to reach it and there is a limit to how much a human can control their body. (Let me know your thoughts, do you think Ashen should reach that level or it will break the rules of One Piece world?…Although Haki would still be the deciding factor to who win a fight, having these abilities will give a big advantage)

"Phew…I think that's enough for today" Ashen muttered to himself before he grabbed a bottle of water and drank it in one go.

"Ashen, we arrived" Calvin came in to inform Ashen that they made it back to Hachinosu.

"Alright, we'll be chilling for a while"
