Conflicted Feelings

Hoseok finally crept to Anna's side. When the girl still didn't notice him he brought down both of his hand on Anna's shoulders with a slam, Startling the poor girl and made her shocked silly.

"What where you thinking so deeply that you didn't notice me creeping behind you?."

Hoseok asked while chuckling. He found it funny because Anna almost fell out of the bench and her reactions.

"Y-you!!!"

Anna's heart was beating loudly of it's cage, placing her right hand on top of her chest, trying to calm herself down. She never expected for Hoseok to come and find her at this time of the day. Finally calming herself down, She turned around and gave Hoseok a glare, so at least even if it's just a little bit she can show her dissatisfaction to him.

"I was just looking at the sky, since the weather was so nice, and pray to tell me what are you doing here?."

Anna asked as she looked at Hoseok her eyebrow raising a little, arms crossing around her chest. Hoseok looked at his childhood friend and gave her a sheepish smile, while placing his hand at the back of his head and ruffling it.

"Why? Am i not allowed to be here?."

He asked. Giving her a kicked puppy expression when Anna's brow raised higher at his reply.

"You know what i'm talking about Hoseok. Usually all of the member's are practicing at this time, and that includes you too."

She replied, her finger drumming at side ofher arm, giving hoseok a hard stare while waiting for his answer.

"Well....The dance practice was cancelled today. And i was thinking about...you.....out..."

Hoseok replied as he brought his arms to her shoulder once again and started mumbling incoherently.

Anna shook her head at Hoseok, wondering and at lost on what is happening to this guy.

"If you want to say something, make sure to phrase it to a language i can understand. I'm not a clairvoyant that can read your mind and neither can i read your lip's."

Anna replied dryly, Watching as Hoseok gave her an apologetic look, She winced a little bit, cause she thought that she might sound a little bit harsh but she immediately shook that thought away.

"Well i was thinking about you.... accompanying me to a date..."

He said, whispering the last part slowly.

Anna's eye widened, is what she was hearing real?. Could he be really asking her out on a date?. When she was about to open her mouth, Hoseok raised his hands and stopped her.

"I know you're gonna protest, saying that it will be weird for us to go on a date."

He continued, then kneeling in front of her.

"I'm asking you to go out on a fake date with me, as my guardian. You see... Since i've been making a lot of mistake lately, the other guys set me up on a date with a female idol...."

"You! Idiot stand up immediately!"

He said, hesitating a little, on whether should he continue or not. Anna was fretting cause hoseok still wont stand up and seemed not to listen to her thank god there are no other people around.

"I need a chaperone from the company to accompany me in case we got found out. I know i should not be asking this of you. But since were childhood friends and you're one of the people i trust... Would you accompany me?."

Hoseok asked as he took both of Anna's hand and hold it tightly, looking at her, begging and hoping that she will agree.

When Hoseok finished his sentence. Anna was dumbfounded. Reality came crashing down on her. Why would she think that he was gonna ask her out on a date?. Now she was regretting for raising her hope up. She removed her hands from hoseok's grip and gave him a smile, even though her heart felt like it was being stabbed repeatedly.

Sigh. She just cant blame hoseok for raising her hopes up since she was the one who assumed. But she cant help but felt like she was a big idiot.

"Oh~ i see. Dear Hoseok has now recovered from his break up before you entered the entertainment Industry."

She said as she teased him, feeling her smile strained a little, trying to mask the small pang of pain in her heart.

"Well since i'm your childhood friend, I will agree. I don't want to ruin your career and chances in love after all."

She said laughing a little. A stray tear dripped down at the side of her face.

"R-really?!!!."

Hoseok asked, suddenly standing up with a bright cheery expression on his face. When he stared at Anna, wondering if she was just pulling his leg, he saw her reddened eyes and the trail of tear on her face. His cheery expression died down.

"Why are you crying.?"

He asked again, rubbing the tears that were appearing.

"This is tear's of joy, you dopey person. I was just happy that you already recovered from your past break up. Gosh that took you too long to recover."

She teased, wiping away her tears. When Hoseok heard that he chuckled and flicked her forehead. Making her wince in pain. Hoseok saw it and chuckled again, then leaned down and kissed her fore head.

"As always your action's is sillier than mine."

Hoseok replied, smiling dopey at Anna. She is hurt. But she actually felt really happy for Hoseok since he is finally willing to open up his heart again. Unfortunately, it was not intended for her.
