At Naval Headquarters Hospital, the legendary Marine hero Vice Admiral Garp sat up in bed, sipping tea. Though still a bit pale, his vital signs had stabilized. The ward was heavily guarded, both inside and out, reflecting the importance of his recovery.
Admiral Sengoku, looking exhausted, sat beside Garp's bed. The past few days had been relentless, leaving him with no time for rest. Just as he was about to finally catch some sleep, he received alarming news—Garp, who was recovering in the hospital, had gone missing.
The implications were terrifying. Garp's shadow had been stolen, a sign that the culprit could enter and leave Naval Headquarters at will. This wasn't just about losing Garp's combat power; it suggested that someone capable of such feats could assassinate any sleeping Marine officer at any time. This, combined with the recent invasion of the Holy Land, raised suspicions that the intruder had similar abilities, if not the same person.
"Garp, how are you feeling?" Sengoku asked, concern etched on his face.
Garp, seemingly unfazed, laughed as he sipped his tea and munched on senbei. "Don't worry! It's just a shadow! Even in the dark, I can still take down those pirates!"
Seeing Garp's calm demeanor, Sengoku felt a bit of relief. "We've sent forces to the Devil's Triangle. The Thriller Bark is still there, but Moria has disappeared. He's been stripped of his title as a Warlord of the Sea, and Marshal Kong has issued a bounty of 1.5 billion beli for his capture."
Out at sea, Moria, with his appearance altered, held up his wanted poster. "1.5 billion beli? Marine must really think highly of me!" he mused.
Beside him, Absalom was equally impressed. "My bounty's up too! 530 million beli!"
Moria, aware of his precarious situation, glanced at Yongye standing on the deck. "Lord Yongye, where are we heading?"
Yongye guided them to a bustling port on a large island in the New World. After navigating through twists and turns, they arrived at a private house. Following a coded knock on the door, they were welcomed inside and led through a dark corridor to a luxurious room where a beautiful woman was elegantly making tea.
"Lord Yongye!" Robin greeted him with a smile, offering him tea, which Yongye politely declined. "From now on, these two will be under your command," he instructed. "They are both strong and will follow your orders. Remember, do not use your abilities in front of others. Focus on mastering Haki and developing your Devil Fruit powers."
Yongye had arranged for Moria and Absalom to work within the World Economic News Agency, the most well-informed organization in the world. Robin, having infiltrated its core through Solomon's guidance, had earned the trust of Morgans, becoming the agency's second-in-command. With Moria and Absalom's help, she could potentially rise to the top and control the intelligence network.
Before leaving, Yongye inquired, "Anything significant happening in the world?"
Robin smiled. "Yes, Donquixote Doflamingo hijacked a Celestial Dragon to force his way into the Seven Warlords of the Sea. Of course, the World Government is claiming it was an invitation due to the value of the Donquixote family."
Yongye nodded, already aware of the situation. He then returned to his weapon refining room, where he had crafted two magic weapons and seven magical garments.
One weapon was a long-handled sword, shaped like an ancient Spring and Autumn broadsword. It was integrated with Yanbei and Rebei and infused with seastone, making it not only hard but also effective against Devil Fruit users. The sword could establish a spiritual connection with the user, allowing for telekinetic control, and could release sword energy to repel enemies, recharging by absorbing Qi from the air.
The second weapon was a long spear, the Green Snake Spear. Covered in cyan scales, the spear was both tough and flexible, able to cut through attacks and reduce damage. The spear's handle could become as soft as a whip or harden at will, and the scales could detach to form a protective shield.
These weapons were crafted for Sonia and Mary, perfectly complementing their fighting styles.
"Husband, are these weapons for us?" Sonia and Mary couldn't hide their excitement as they took hold of the powerful weapons. The weapons, potentially even superior to the Supreme Grade swords, could become extensions of their own wills through the bond of Qi.
Sonia tested her spear, which alternated between a rigid thrust and a serpentine coil in mid-air, before transforming into a whip that wrapped around her waist—a formidable weapon and a striking accessory.
