chunin arc 1

"congratulations guys!" Iruka smiled as he looked at team 10, he was proud to see his students passing the test without even a scratch.

"yeah well it was easy" Ino said with a smiled, Shikamaru and Choji looked at her with bewilderment, they almost died on the first day.

"well since you guys still have 6 days till the next chunin exam, you guys can go and do whatever you want" Team 10 nodded and they bid Iruka goodbye, soon they went to the training ground where they met with Asuma.

"Asuma sensei!" Ino shouted and she ran to Asuma, Asuma smiled and he walked towards them.

"okay, i see you guys have passed, but there is still a chunin exam coming, so i will be training you again, and this time i will be making you wear weight, especially you choji" Asuma took out some chakra weights, they can go from 10 kg to 1000 kg.

"you will first wear 100kg and then by the next chunin exam, i expect you to wear 300kg, and you can only take it off when fighting or you cannot do it anymore" Asuma quickly put the chakra weights on his students and after which he injected chakra in it until it hit 100kg.

"Asuma sensei!, i don't want to" Ino whined as she tried to lift her leg, it was not heavy for them but it made moving many times harder, so it was already straining there muscles.

"well deal with it" Asuma said with a serious face, Ino nodded and then Asuma made them do excercises that can make them stronger the quickest and safest way.

"by the end of this i will fight with you, and if you do not meet my requirements, i will take you out of the chunin exams" Asuma said to team 10 who was lazily training.

"what!, but-!"

"no buts, i said what i said, 300 kg or fail" Asuma said to Ino in a strict tone, he is not going to play with their lives, each of his student needs to be at least elite jonin to low kage level by the time the fourth ninja war comes.

team 10 nodded solemnly, they began actually raining now, even the usual lazy Shikamaru tried to train more and harder, and like this time passed and they have met the requirements.

[ 3 days later ]

"very good, i did not expect you to actually make it in only 3 days, seem like it was too light, your new requirements is 500kg or fail"

"what!"

[ 2 days later ]

"good, very good, now you get a days rest and meet me here tomorrow at 9 in the morning"

[ 1 day later ]

right now on training ground 10, team 10 stood in front of Asuma, they had a serious face and they were taking something off from there body.

"now drop them"

the training ground trembled slightly and a smoke screen was created as 25 hundred kg was dropped on the ground.

"phewww!, i feel so light and fast!" Ino said with surprise, she was actually the one that struggled most with the weights asshe was already much weaker before, but even she was so strong now.

"it feels.... great" Ino muttered as she looked at the small dent in the ground from her weight, she never thought she could become so strong.

Asuma smiled as he looked at his students, especially Choji, this boy is a monster, he was able to move with 500kg on the first day of training, now he was wearing a 1000kg by himself, and he can wear even 1500kg.

"choji, even after the chunin exams, you will still be using these weights to train, just like all of you, but you will wear heavier weights" Asuma said with a smiled as he lowered his chakra output and strength to jonin level.

"now come at me!" Asuma smiled as he jumped back, just in time to dodge a flaming black whip, the whip struck the ground and it created a ditch.

"good, but try to conceal your intention!" Asuma said as he jumped to the side dodging a rock spear thrown by Choji.

"don't have your enemy see what you are trying to do choji!" Asuma dashed at Choji at jonin speed and he punched him in the chest

CLING!

"earth spear jutsu, i knew it was good teaching you that!" Asuma said with a smile as he jumped back.

boom!

Choji punched the ground where Asuma stood just now and his hand enlarged and dark as ash pierced the ground creating a big crater and shockwave.

"mind body switch technique!" Suddenly Asuma paused for an instance, that instance was enough as Shikamaru's shadow connected with his.

"human boulder jutsu!" Choji quickly used human boulder jutsu along with earth spear jutsu turning his body into a ball as hard as diamond.

Bang!

"ugh!" Asuma groaned as he was sent flying into the forest, along the way he smashed through trees and then into the ground creating a long ditch.

"not bad..." Asuma said as he stood up with no injury, he used shunshin and was on the field again, he stood there smiling as he watched team 10.

"good, Choji your attacks are fatal to a low jonin and shikamaru and Ino, you can now traip even a strong Jonin, very good, but you must not just use jutsu, from now on i will train you in taijutsu, but we don't have time as the chunin exam is starting, let's go" Asuma smiled and he walked to the place where the chunin exam is.

by the time team 10 got there, it was almost late as everybody was there, even team 7 was there.

"thank god we are not late..." Ino muttered
