Skirmishes! Part-1

Hiakru looked through the description of his Sharingan skill and then clicked on the special skill to see its effects. The Genjutsu: Sharingan was a broken skill but Hikaru hadn't tried it in actual combat yet, this war should give him ample time to get used to the Sharingan's full ability.

'Taking over the minds of some animals wasn't even worth the exp points it gave. I haven't seriously sparred with anyone ever since I awakened the 3 tomoe Sharingan, except for Koji, but I didn't use Genjutsu: Sharingan on him...'

[3-Tomoe Sharingan (Active)- Lv Max (-/-): The Bloodline limit of the Uchiha clan, the fully matured Sharingan allows the user to clearly see chakra and see objects at the molecular level if focused properly, predict the movement of projectiles and opponents while also gaining access to visual genjutsu that depends on visual powress and the ability to copy jutsus by memorizing the chakra flowing through your opponents.

[Genjutsu: Sharingan (Active)- Lv Max(-/-): The true form of Saimingan, the final form of Sharingan allows the user, through eye contact, suggest thoughts and actions to a target, coercing them to divulge information or act in a particular way, potentially without the target's awareness. When a genjutsu is cast through the Sharingan its power is magnified.

Along with these, there was only one genjutsu that Hikaru had learned, the paralysis genjutsu. If successfully captured, it allows him to make someone think he is slowly turning into stone thus causing their body moments to freeze. 

The genjutsu's were the only shinobi art that his gamer powers had trouble quantifying, some one could be stuck in his genjutsu for days and lose function of the nerves due to their brain convincing those nerves that they are dead. Or they could shrug the genjutsu off and continue to fight.

'Relying on genjutsu seems like a bad idea, but since it takes very little chakra to use it I don't mind tossing a few around.' Hikaru thought. Hikaru picked up a couple more genjutsu from the rack and then he began studying in one corner.

After a few hours, he was interrupted from his studies by Koichi, "Hikaru!"

"Yeah, Sensei?" Hikaru asked.

"Let's go, time to close the library, everyone's gathering already, the Hyuga clan is setting out tonight so we are going to do the same," Koichi explained.

Hikaru nodded as he closed the scroll, "Are our battalions taking the same route sensei?" He asked.

Since the Land of Rain and Land of Grass were quite close by, their battalions would be the ones that mixed with each other the most. 

"No Danzo has ordered us to move first so we'll set out tonight while securing a supply route. As far as I know, Tsunade and the others are going to set out tomorrow morning." Koichi spoke. They both walked out of the library and there were a few Uchiha that quickly went in and started cataloging everything.

"Are they staying behind?" Hikaru asked.

"No, they have been assigned to your battalion so they have time." Koichi spoke, and after walking for a bit he suddenly asked, "If I don't come back... take care of Ada-chan." 

Hikaru looked as his sensei was slowly walking away, among all the Uchiha's he had met Koichi has been the most emotional, except for Obito of course. He has always showered Ada-san with love and affection openly, at some moments even Hiakru had to shout PDA and that was something with how reserved the rest of the clan was.

Hikaru looked at Koichi's back and sighed, he could not do anything other than hope that everything went okay, no matter how strong his gamer system said he was, he still did not have enough power to single-handedly stop the war.

'Should I warn Koichi about Danzo? No, he would be fine he's one of the strongest in the Clan, and Danzo would target the lower ranked Uchiha's logically...'

The rest of the day went by in a flash and the next day Hikaru arrived at the appointed time at training ground 7. The whole training ground was filled with shinobi as they were waiting for the reporting time.

No one really talked and the atmosphere was quite solemn, in front of the group 3 shinobi stood out immediately. While it was their levels that set them apart from the rest, Hikaru could also sense the aura they excluded.

'They are all in the mid-70s I wonder what the Kage level limit is 80, 90?' Hikaru thought as he saw Tsunade waving at him.

Hikaru tried not to freak out as his eyes collided with Orochimaru's pale yellow. The slitted pupils in his eyes looked a little freaky but it was Jiraiya's red markings that didn't make sense. 

'Didn't he get those after learning sage mode, has he already learned that?' Hiakru thought as he arrived beside Tsunade.

"Everything okay?" Tsunade asked, she was feeling a little guilty as she thought about the problems her impulsiveness could have levied upon Hiakru from his clan. She was worried that Daisuke would take the anger of his loss on Hikaru.

"No, everything's fine," Hikaru spoke as he wondered if he should call her sensei now. They hadn't actually talked about it yet so he was unsure of what to do.

"So this is the brat?" Jiraiya's loud voice broke the tension that was just beginning to manifest.

Hikaru turned to face the obnoxiously loud man and took in his appearance, all of them were wearing standard combat clothes and armor so his pale white hair stood out even more.

"Hello, my name is Hikaru Uchiha." Hikaru briefly introduced himself to Jiraiya and Orochimaru.

Jiraiya's smile widened as he nodded approvingly, "Good good, we can work with that, let me tell you about this new introduction that I- Ow!" Mid-sentence Jiraiya was bonked away by Tsunade.

"Hikaru join the medic tea-" Tsuande spoke but Hikaru shook his head cutting her off.

"Sensei, you nominated me for the position of your command team, I can not stay away from the battlefield while my clansmen are fighting..." Hikaru spoke, though his thoughts were more focused on the Lv 1 that was shining on his status screen.

'Like hell am I going to let this chance go by...'
