THE CAMERONS

Lia's pov

Haha! Real parents my ass. I'm done playing family with others. I promised myself it would be just me and the boys. I walk around greeting the guests, most of them are CEO's of big companies from all over the world. I talked to them and introduced myself as Romania's PA. I know he took Mrs. Cameron somewhere to rest. I hope he can talk her out of her imagination. She looks like a good woman and I don't want her to get her hopes up.

After hours of talking, dancing and eating, speeches were made and the guests finally left. The butler escorted me to the house and to the living room where everybody was waiting. When I say everybody, I mean Ronia, the crazy woman Mrs. Cameron and three other guys. I walked over to Ronia's side and sat next to him on the couch. I look up and find them all looking at me with shocked expressions.

" Let me guess you guys still think I'm their daughter?" I asked and looked around the room waiting for answers. " Wow mom she looks exactly like you," one of the boys said, " and sounds like you too." the other boy said, and they looked between their mom and me with surprised expressions. The older guy gets up from his seat and walks towards me and kneels in front of me. You'll think he wants to propose marriage, but what caught my eyes was his eyes. The same blue eyes that haunted my dreams when I was young. I always thought they were mine but the specks of gold in them were a straight give away.

I raised my hands and ran my thumb across his eyebrows, " these eyes have been haunting me for as long as I can remember, even after I was adopted. I used to think they were mine, but now I know otherwise. They are more beautiful in real life." I said as I smiled, remembering the warmth they gave me after a night of being tortured. " What do you mean, Lia?" Ronia asked.

" When I was young I used to dream of blue eyes watching over me. First they scared me and I would have nightmares. Then, after I was adopted, the nightmares stopped, the blue eyes disappeared from my dreams for a while. I missed them because I found out they looked exactly like mine with the specks of gold in them. It warmed me and I started having the same dreams more, but this time the eyes soothed me and when the beatings and torturing began they were the only comfort that made me sleep." I said as a tear slipped down my cheek.

" What do you mean torture?" The crazy woman asks and that brings me out of my trance. I stood up and ran out of the room. I have to get out of here. This can't happen, I have Lechi and Achi to look after. I don't want this. I push door after door, not knowing where to go, but I find myself outside. I take deep breaths and sit on the stairs and cry my eyes out all the torturing memories coming back to me.

Romania's pov

"What did she mean by torture?" Luna asks with a shaky tone. " It's not my place to tell, but she had a terrifying childhood for both the brothers and her. They have the scars to physically prove whatever it is they went through." I tell them, remembering the boys' story.

"She has brothers?" Greg asks as he stands up to take a seat. " Yes, from her adopted parents and she took them in,from what I know, she has been raising them ever since they were toddlers. They are inseparable." I smile, knowing how much she loves Lechi and Achi. " Look guys, she is overwhelmed by all this. Give her time to get used to the fact she has another family. We will talk later, let me take her home to rest." I said as I stood up to leave. I said goodbye and hugged Luna and the rest of the family.

I find Lia outside. She is lost in her thoughts so I pick her up and carry her to the car. I put her down on the seat and closed the door, I ran to the driver's side and drove out of that place. As I drive, I keep glancing at her and she is deep in thought with a scowl on her beautiful face. I wish I could help her with the pain and confusion.

Luna's pov (Mrs. Cameron)

I can't believe it, it's her. She even recognized her father, she was always a daddy's girl. Greg loved her so much. They were inseparable. She was his sun and he was her moon. " My baby girl is so grown up and she looks just like my queen." Greg says with happiness in his eyes. "We will get her back, first the DNA test just to be sure, then we will win her heart." I say as I look at my boys.

I picked up my phone and called the family doctor to make an appointment for tomorrow. I can't do anything right now. I have to rest for this, because if she is our daughter I will need the strength to win her over. I really want her in my life I lost a part of me when I lost her and I can't loose her again, not ever.

The twins'pov ( Aiden and Adrian Cameron)

We are so happy for mom and dad. They have been great parents to us, but there is always a sadness in their eyes. We know the story of Metolia. Our big sister, our grandparents, told us about her before they died. It was our favorite story, even though it brought sadness to others, we were so happy with the thought of having a big sister out there.

"Bro, we are getting what we always wished for. I hope she will like us. I heard she has other brothers." Adrian says to his brother, who is still shell-shocked. Adrian is really happy he is the outgoing one and making friends is like a piece of cake to him. I know we are identical and we've got mom's features and dad's height. Standing at 6'4 feet with muscles all over our bodies, though we have our grandparent's black silk hair, we still look like our mother with green orbs.

I know I want my big sister home, but what if she doesn't want us? I will have to talk to Romania and figure out how to reach her. We can't lose her again. I know she is our sister because she looks exactly like dad and they have a really strong connection, even she can't deny it. " Adi, let's go get some rest. Tomorrow will be a long day. We have a sister to win over."

Greg's pov (Mr. Cameron)

I can't believe that we just found our daughter. I've always dreamed of this moment but I was rendered speechless. She is everything I thought her to be; smart, brave and strong for a twenty-two-year-old. I will look into everything about her adoptive parents. They will pay for what they did to my princess.

I took Luna's hand and led her to our bedroom. I know she is tired from all this and she needs a good rest for tomorrow. We will see her again but it's like she doesn't want to see us. It breaks our heart to know that our blood doesn't want us, it's killing all of us one way or the other, even the twins.

I lay Luna on the bed and went to grab her my t-shirt so that she can be comfortable tonight. I helped her change and cover her with the quilt. I pressed a kiss on her forehead and walked to the balcony. I have to think of ways to get close to my daughter. I've missed twenty-one years of her growing up.

I got my phone and went to my office to call Romania. I have to know something about her. This is killing me. " Hello son, I hope I didn't wake you up but I need to know more about her. I can't get her out of my mind, I miss her so much, what is she like?" " Come down Greg, it's best if you get to know her because she is a breath of fresh air." Romania replies. I can feel the smile behind his words. " Okay, that will do for now. Thank you son."

I went back to bed smiling. If Romania says she is a breath of fresh air, then she is an amazing woman. I can't wait to get to know her.

Lia's pov

I can't believe this. I do have real parents and they want me, but I am broken. How will I open my heart to them and Lechi and Achi? What happens to them? No, they are going to come with me , they are my everything. It's either all of us or none of us, together forever.

I will talk to them in the morning and hear their opinions. I love them so much I can't bare to lose them ever again. They are my blood and responsibility, my family and my everything.
