Chapter 190- Addie – First Day of Classes Part 1 (VOLUME 3)

**ADDIE'S POV**

I woke up this morning with nerves running extremely high. I had, once again, slept in the staff dormitory, so that I would not be disturbing anyone, as I made my way to the staff meeting and early morning breakfast that I needed to get to. Most of the students didn't get up until later in the morning than the professors.

In truth, I had never fully appreciated all the things Nolan had done last year. He had gone to all of these meetings, stayed up late, graded papers, and all these things, while also dealing with me and my problems. He had been so busy, but I never really noticed.

This year, I already had more appreciation for him and the other professors. I was already feeling ragged, and it was only day one. I was sure that I could handle it, it was going to be OK. I would make it through. At the very least, this would be one hell of a learning experience for me.
