Qingfeng Li ran out of the hotel madly with nervousness written all over his face. He pulled the taxi driver out of a cab, threw the man some tens of thousand Yuan, and drove off towards the small district.
The taxi driver was just about to start cursing, but when he saw the money, he immediately halted. His cab was run down and was about to be trashed anyways. Even if he were to sell the old thing he would probably only get ten-thousand Yuan for it. Now that he’s gotten much more than that, he actually rejoiced at the turn of events.
Qingfeng Li stepped on the gas and turned the steering wheel. He was driving at high speeds, as if a flash of lightning in the dark of the night, as fast as wind itself. He nearly ran twenty red lights, weaving through the traffic, considerably increasing the distance between him and all the other cars he surpassed. (TL: wow, disobeying traffic rules)
