George POV

I was not expecting any call from Melvin but getting a call from him was surprising and knowing his reason for calling me is shocking. Anna is getting out of hand, it won't be long before everyone will turn to her target, I guess that Melvin must have overheard Steve and Anna's conversation, but I did not get to ask him that cause he seems to be in a hurry to end the call. I pity the man the most, always conscious of yourself while you are with someone that is supposed to give you peace of mind. Josh who is in the office with me gave me a questioning look, I told him not to worry that I have everything under control, I know you have everything under control but if there is anything I can do to help, please tell me, Sarah is one of the most important people in my life, I don't want anything to happen to her, Josh pleaded with me.

I promise that nothing will happen to her, she is my life and I don't play with my life, I assured him. He nodded and focus back on the design he is drawing, I know that I will walk into hell to make sure that Sarah and everyone around me is safe, Anna is pretty smart at this game, and it was hard to have anything against her. I took my phone and dialled Victor's number to warn him about the impending danger. I know that Steve will not sit back and watch Anna hurt his son but knowing Anna, she is unpredictable and that is one thing Steve does not know. Victor accepted his call,  What's up bro, He greeted the moment he accepted the call. Are you a good man and you? I returned the courtesy.

Am good bro, so what's with the call? He asked. Hold it there, can't I call a brother to know how he is doing but anyway I called to warn you to be careful, I told him. What? Did something happen? Don't tell that bi*ch got her hands on Sarah, Victor asked, I can detect from his voice how worried he is. Never knew that he is concerned about Sarah this much, I thought he was doing all these because he want to be a better version of himself and also because he is my blood. No, nothing happened to Sarah but I think that you are gradually becoming a topic of interest to Anna, and according to her husband it will take long for you to be her next target, I informed him.

That lady has finally lost it, but don't worry I know my father allowed his greed to blind him but I know that he will not sit back and watch her harm me, and my father is her financial muscle, she will not be so stupid as to make him mad by tampering with the most precious thing in his life, Victor assured me of his safety in confidence. I know all that Victor, that lady is unstable with her anything can happen, don't forget that, I reminded him. Okay, I have heard and I promise to be careful Dad, He said while laughing. We ended the call after talking for a little longer, "what exactly is your plan, Anna?" I muttered to myself.
