Quirk Description: Allows the spontaneous creation of quirks with varying attributes. (A/N: Like before the quirks are from different video games, comics, and anime)

Due to a trauma in childhood like Legion, Ogura's mind to protect itself has developed multiple different alters to combat the trauma. When manifesting a quirk, the alter tied to the quirk shows.

The main personality or the person who shows up the most is Ogura Michi. Ogura is commonly quirkless. When tapping into a different quirk, Ogura sometimes has to fight to be regain his body or use its powers without the alter overwhelming him. Generally, some alters are harmless, and some aren't even human.
