Staring at Derek's expression, Christopher felt like smacking that smile off his face. "You brat!"
"Hehehe, I can feel your enthusiasm, old man. Ha! Love, I need to know what that feels like."
Christopher glared at Derek, then smacked his head. "Go help them; I can't go on."
Nodding as he stood up, Derek watched two soldiers take Christopher back to safety. Turning, he peered into the distance, his eyes locking with those of an enforcer who was currently making his way toward him.
Looking down, he saw the ruler's corpse and knew the enforcer was its cheif mate, the one it had affection for and as usual, it was always the strongest.
"Here comes the husband." Bao appeared on his shoulder.
Stretching his body, he dashed forward. As they both got closer, the Enforcer leaped into the air while transforming its arms into blades.
Leaping into the air, Derek met the Enforcer with a punch to the chest after he barely dodged its blade arms.
