Marvels SuperMutant

What happens when a mutants power correlates to Superman? Andy was just a normal guy. Until one day after studying for his final exams he was hit by a severe case of Burnout. That one moment cost him his life as he was then met with a very familiar God. Journey forth with Andy as his normal life gets wrecked and he is sent in the Marvel world with a single Mutant ability by a 'God'. 'Warning' this is my first time actually trying to write a Fan-Fic. Please help me out. I'll be trying to do my due research as well. I don't own marvel, or Superman, hell I don't even own the cover. Please message me if you own the picture and want it take down.

My Base and a Gift

After pizza, I went to the store and bought a laptop. This week was going to be a week of setting my Lab. Once getting home, I went to town on buying equipment for my server room. I understand that the MC usually steals everything they need from Oscorp or any other big-ass tech company in most fics. I do not need the money that I currently have, so just ordering everything like a lawful citizen is not beneath me, even if I do it under a false identity.

I first ordered a large quantity of bulletproof plexiglass for both the lab and the server room. The stuff was thick, almost like bank windows. I can modify it myself once everything gets here, but first, I needed to go downstairs and make sure that this floor could handle the weight I would put in under. Realizing that I will need to make modifications to my apartment to do what I wanted to do, I had to order a few more things to keep the structure from collapsing.

I then went on another binge ordering everything from storage hard drives to computer racks to even lab equipment and test tubes. I also ordered everything I would need for my central monitoring station and was able to find a swiveling desk so that it would be accessible to me from any direction. I made sure to order top-of-the-line equipment and wiring as the Kingpin wanted this place to be the best of the best.

Close to a million dollars was put into the equipment and getting everything here and into my apartment within the week. For some reason, in Marvel, next day meant you could get even a tank delivered the following day. Some of the stuff needed to be made, but it was a little ridiculous even still.

The following day I was asked out by Anna and agreed to a movie date this Friday. Although, she did tell me that a few classmates will be coming as well. I did not mind though, building up a good relationship with Anna was worth it.

I mean, I could potentially get whatever girl I wanted in this world, but at what cost? Jean is hot, yeah, but with the phoenix locked up inside her by Professor X, she is a ticking time bomb. Storm would be great, but again her issues with her XGene and godhood, then there is Wakanda that would be going after her due to her Princess status. Wanda is hot, too, except she is a reality-warper, and those types tend to go crazy at some point in their lives, and I do not do crazy. Natasha is well Natasha and I want a family. I am sure I would help her with her 'baby' problem, but she has still been in some shit, and that stuff does not go away.

Anna is just a simple girl who could be as strong as I am and stand beside me in any conflict. She does not have much trauma other than almost killing her last boyfriend while awakening her powers. She seems like a real down-to-earth chick that needs a bit of a confidence boost. Giving back her ability to touch people should make her fall pretty hard for me, and shit if things are going well, I could just let her take my ability, and the aura that I would generate would do the same thing as the tech I plan on making her.

Stuff that I ordered started coming in about mid-day. I had to store a bunch of stuff downstairs until I got my apartment fitted to carry the burden of all this equipment. A talk with the owner and some money exchanging hands set me up with a decent storage facility on the ground floor.

I started by reinforcing the apartment second floor. Cutting the metal and welding everything with just my eyes, and being able to lift everything with one hand made this job a cinch. It took me half the day to get all the architecture right to hold a few hundred tons. Now my second story was a citadel. I plated all the windows with bulletproof glass. They were still one-way, but now they were reinforced. I did the same to the flooring; it was all see-through and had energy-absorbing material under it all.

I set up the server room first, and when I was putting together the cooling equipment I had bought, I found that I could most likely refill the tank with my freeze breath. This is one of those abilities I do not have top-notch control on, but blowing cold air into a tank should not be too much of an issue. It could help me with training it as well. I set up all the computer racks and storage devices before setting up the glass around everything. I was able to weld the seams together, put a few holes on the ceiling of the room for air control, and even cut a clean door out that I would be able to slide open when I needed to get in. I ran the wiring through a small hole that I cut into the corner, and Walla, I was done.

The lab took up almost half of the giant room itself. I built it the same way as the server room, just way bigger and open. It had all the necessities, including linked computers, microscopes when I need to run computer programs on what I was working on, and just about anything else I could need. I understand that I will be upgrading this with what I build or procure in the future, but I had everything I needed for now.

The central monitor was a giant of a computer. I took like five badass computers and linked them all together, and this unit was linked to everything in the lab itself, including all the doors, lights, and was even able to cut off the light from the windows. I planned to make this entire area something akin to what Tony Stark had in his basement lab. The holograms that he could control with his hands, but I had to make do with what I have for now.

---

After finishing everything, which took nearly three days, I came out of my seclusion and went to grab a bite to eat and pick up what I needed to help Anna out. Coming back to my place, I went to work, trying to understand my aura and what made it tick. From what I gleaned, the electricity needed to generate a field around me came from my body. I know that all humans produce a bit of electricity, and this is what I was going to use to make a bracelet for Anna to generate her field. Now she would not have the power to do the things that I can with it, but block a weak ass punch was not out of the question.

I went to generate a bracelet that would use the electricity in her own body to generate a sort of force field on her skin. She would not have control of her field, but it will be enough for her to interact with other human beings without them dying on her. I am not sure this would work if she had intercourse, as the field would only be outside her body, but if I am lucky, she will stay with me, and that would not be an issue.

The first few attempts caused explosions that rocked my lab, and I was grateful I set everything up the way I did. The absorbers I put underneath all the plexiglass I installed worked greatly when negating any damage done to the outside of the lab. I think the issue regarding the bracelet that I was handling was that it was in contact with me, someone with a higher bioelectric signature than who I was building it for, and that caused the damn thing to explode. I had to then only handle the bracelet without touching it, and that made things harder, but not to the point I could not get it done. Finally, Friday came when we were supposed to go out, and I had completed what I planned.

'Time for a great gift. I hope this works.' I thought as I went downstairs to get ready
