Marvel: The Silent Mad Dog

English is not my first language, so expect some bad grammar. I own nothing. But let me warn you, there will only be one chapter ahead. ________________________________________________________________ Rain can cause floods which can wash away the entire village. A single bolt of lightning can cause a large forest fire. A slight tremor of the earth can cause a tsunami that can reshape the whole coastline. Cruelty is just another aspect of human beings; using it to cause harm will lead to further cruelty. Human understands what cruelty means, but they also don't. They don't understand it. If they don't understand it, then they will act on it. Born in a world as a mutant, the mad dog will show its teeth and bite down at the cruel world.

~3rd POV~

"Now then, after all of that, it's time for me to start the experiment."

With that exclamation, electricity started to run along with Mary's finger. Before Mary quickly placed her hand on the machine activating it, the blood inside the machine began to be pump faster and faster, to the point where finally there was no blood left in the machine.

After that, Mary pulls out the tube from the monster's head before quickly stitching the skin of the monster head together, covering the monster's brain.

Finally, with all of that done, Mary clapped her hand together before electricity started to run along with Mary's hand before that electricity began to cover the entire body, Mary before Ryu know it, Mary body had been covered with electricity.

The electricity then spread widely around the entire room, hitting the wall and ceiling. Some also nearly hit Ryu. Still, with Rashomon, Ryu blocked the electricity with ease.

With that, the electricity that is hitting the wall and ceiling start to move more, orderly you could say, even though that should not be possible considering the nature of electricity itself.

Opening her clap hand slowly, the electricity starts to form a small ball of energy between Mary's hands. All of those electric charges Mary is producing start to gather into a single spot while Ryu watches on.

After quite some time of charging, those wild electricity are now gone, and what is left is a small of energy in Mary palm that seems to be continuing producing a slight crack of electricity now and then.

Mary then proceeds to quickly put her hand that has the ball of electricity on the monster head, causing the monster body to start to twitch and move wildly, not because it is alive, but because of the electricity that Mary is putting into the body, causing those muscle to twitch frantically.

The monster's body started to twitch uncontrollably before finally, Mary put her hand away from the monster head, causing the monster body to stop fidgeting, before walking away and heading toward Bram coffin.

She then pulls out a book from Bram coffin while pulling a small knife from behind the coffin.

What comes after that is Mary opening the book before she starts to draw something on the monster's chest; seemingly, she seems to be drawing what is on the book.

After quite a while, Mary finishes her drawing, revealing what is essentially a tiny, and Ryu presume, magic circle.

"Now then... The chant should be..." Mary said while flipping the page of the book.

Finally, she found the page that she needs, and started to read off what was in the book.

As for Ryu, who is still inside the room, he watches what Mary is doing and tries to listen to what Mary is chanting, which sounds like a lot of gibberish for him. He also has many questions on how she would create life and where she got the book from.

From what he is seeing, Ryu can safely assume that the book is some magical book, as for where would she get it from? Ryu has no idea, but he has a theory that the book does not belong to Mary but belongs to Bram.

Why?

Considering that Mary pulled the book out from Bram coffin, Ryu assumed that it was Bram belonging, and where did Bram get it from? It's probably when Bram travelled around the world, and he stumbled upon the book and took it with him.

It's not that absurd for Ryu, considering Bram was able to meet Vlad The Impaler; Bram finding a magical book is not something that sounds too absurd for Ryu.

So Ryu will silently watch this moment and wait for the monster to come alive.

As for what Mary is doing? She is chanting a spell so that the monster can properly come to life because she knows that science alone is not enough to create a life that why she will be using magic to help it.

When to life in the universe, Mary truly believed in after learning about magic that all living things are made up of two major components.

Body and soul. Science and magic.

They are the main two things that make all life in the universe. No matter what kind of living thing they are, they need to have a soul to live and think, and they need to body to move and act.

But the monster that Mary is trying to create has no soul, so no matter how hard she tries or how hard she studies, she will never be able to create a life because a body without a soul is like a car without an engine.

What Mary is trying to do is not trying to bring back something from death, but she is essentially trying to create life. After all, there is a difference between resurrection and creating life.

For Mary, resurrection is essentially bringing death back to life by bringing back the soul of the dead to come back to the body, like how a car without an engine is essential ''death'' and by installing the engine back to the car, the car would come back to ''live''.

What Mary is trying to do is not to install the engine, or in this case, the soul back into the body, but to create a whole new engine, a whole new soul for the body.

But to do so, she needs materials to create a soul because creating something out of nothing is far beyond Mary's current ability, and that would be stepping into God territory.

Now, what is the material she uses to create a soul?

The answer is straightforward, something that most people would not think of, even though it seems pretty obvious.

The answer is blood.

For Mary, blood is the substance that is the perfect blend of science and magic. It is the substance that represents life in both science and magic. Without blood, the body would not move or act, and without blood, you will die.

That is why Dracula needs blood to live because blood will give him essentially life and increase his lifespan.

But there is still a problem with this.

After all, blood only contains what is essentially a fragment of life or soul; most of it would still be in the thing called soul itself.

But by combining blood from different people, or in this case, fragments of different souls from different people, she would combine them into one new soul by using magic, creating what is essentially a new life.
