I died, talked to One-Above-All, transmigrated, became an eternal, now I'm watching history unfolds with my own eyes, cool right? it's not like I'm going to accidentally change the course of history or anything, we're eternals after all, we can't interfere.... it's a really slow pace story about a human that lost his sense of humanity, trying to learn how it means to be alive again... don't expect instant romance and instant development, mc it quite an emo at first... he's still is to be honest lol. MC x Thena. not a harem. I don't own eternals, or marvel. English isn't my first language don't expect good story... probably won't be updated frequently... btw, i know i tagged it as marvel, but there isn't much marvel content in it to be honest... it's just an eternal breezing through history... like the title said. Also, the cover's not mine, it belongs to kibaek-lee, if you want me to take it down, just comment. I've posted this on Scribble hub too.
[Missouri]
It's the year 2000, where the internet has become more and more popular day by day, yet right now, Pluto and Thena were scouring along the forests of Missouri, looking for a certain Celestial's Seme- Seed.
It was in the middle of the night, and Thena was lightening up the way with her conjured weapons, shining golden lights around the place.
"Why in the middle of the night again?" Thena question as she looked around.
"I think it glows when it's in the dark," said Pluto casually. "So it'll be much easier to spot at night."
Thena hummed, and then, she spotted something. "Look." she pointed in a direction.
Pluto turned, and saw a glowing root near a tree. "Let's follow it."
Thena nodded, and both of them followed the root, towards its source. It was glowing bright blue, pulsing as something was transferred to the source of the root.
Pluto and Thena finally arrived at the source. It was a strange flower, blue and red, and Pluto could hear a heartbeat from it.
"This is it?" Thena asked, kneeling to check the flower.
"Apparently." Pluto hummed. "I can hear blood flowing through veins."
"So this is like… an animal? Not a plant?"
"I honestly don't know," said Pluto, also kneeling. "It's a Celestial seed. I'm just afraid that it's connected to Ego."
"This is not a celestial's seed." Thena snorted. "Deep beneath the earth, that's a Celestial's seed."
"Well, Ego's different," said Pluto, humming. "He's… a biological Celestial? He's an experiment or some sort, to find a way to reproduce besides blowing up planets."
"Well, swallowing up planets and blowing up planets are kind of the same thing." Thena stated. "The inhabitants still die."
"But at least Eternals won't be needed anymore." Pluto stated.
"True…" Thena hummed. "How are you going to do this?"
"Well, absorb it… and hope that the energy is enough for both of us…" Pluto said. "I mean it's just a seed… so it's a possibility…"
Thena hummed, turning nervous as she heard Pluto's explanation.
Pluto then stood up. "Alright, I need to mask the seed's existence from Ego. I don't know if it'll work… it probably will though, he's not exactly the level of the real celestials…"
Pluto waved his hands as Eldritch energy started to surround the area. Slowly but surely, runes were carved on the ground, around the seed of the celestial. Pluto kept moving his hands, his face full of concentration, and he was sweating a bit.
The runes were carved in a circular motion, slowly spiralling to the Flower's spot. As soon as the runes reached the flower, it stopped, and the Eldritch energy around them collapsed, absorbed into the runes.
The Eldritch runes glowed golden for a few seconds, before laying dormant, with only the carvings remaining.
"Done…" Pluto sighed. "Looks like he didn't notice, he should think that the flower still exists even if we absorb it.. Thena, pull it out."
Thena pulled it out, but the roots were longer than she imagined, she kept pulling and pulling, but the roots were so long that it reached almost 40 feet long. The roots were glowing as it was pulled out, pulsing around, trying to find a source of energy.
Pluto walked towards the pile of roots and the flower. He raised his hands, his eyes glow golden, and blue energy started to seep through the roots, slowly decaying it.
The blue energy quickly entered Pluto's body, his eyes that were glowing golden started to turn blue, his body turned transparent, displaying the network of nerves that the Celestial made him to have. Those nerves glowing bright blue, shining through the forest, it's as if a UFO was landing.
He floated as he tried to digest the energy, making Thena grow anxious. She tried to get closer to him, but then, he suddenly stopped glowing, and dropped to the ground, breathing heavily.
"No, no, no, fuck!" Pluto cursed as he slammed his hand to the ground. Thena quickly ran towards him and cupped his cheek.
"What happened? Are you alright?" Thena questioned in worry.
"Y-Yeah… I'm fine." Pluto catches his breath. "It's just… it's not enough for the three of us…"
"What? The three of us?" Thena frowned.
"Sprite. She needs it too." Pluto stated, making Thena nodded. "I can only do two, either use it on the two of us, or Sprite and leave some energy…"
"Is there another way?" Thena questioned. "Sprite deserves it… she's been suffering enough…"
"We can't create our son from scratch… that needs a lot of energy…" Pluto murmured. "But what if… what if we partly transform ourselves?"
Thena frowned. "What do you mean?"
"We can… we can change our reproduction organs to organic…" Pluto stated. "And leave the rest as Synthetic… that way… we can still give Sprite a chance to grow up to an adult…"
"Then what about our DNA? Wouldn't that be a problem?" Thena questioned seriously.
"It shouldn't matter… it should interpret it as if we have a whole body… as if we are a… cyborg or some sort… it'll treat it as if we are biological first, then change parts of our body as synthetic…"
Thena nodded softly. "You want to try it?"
Pluto nodded too. "Let's try it… if it didn't work… we could use the rest to transform and try it again, and find another way to help Sprite…"
He stood up, stumbling down a bit as the energy was a bit foreign to him. His eyes turned blue, his body glowed again, and slowly but surely, his body partly transformed. Thena's eyes also suddenly turned blue, and she floated, her body started to change rapidly.
The process was quite long, around half an hour. The two were floating above the runes as the moon shines brightly on the sky.
And then, it finished. Both of them dropped to the ground, panting from the process.
"D-Did it work?" Thena catches her breath.
"I-I don't know yet." Pluto answered.
Thena stared at Pluto's violet eyes a little bit, and started to approach him. "Then let's try it now."
"What?" Pluto stammered. But before he could think, Thena slammed her lips to his, passionately kissing him as she pushed him to the ground, undressing him rapidly.
Needless to say, the ground shook that night, with sounds of moans and grunts coming out of the forest.
