This was the day of Lisa's funeral. Close relatives and family friends were gathered in the cemetery. There were tears in every pair of eyes, other than Carl Black's, who was standing there motionlessly looking down at the grave. Somehow in his heart, he was sure that Lisa was safe and sound somewhere. He was not at all ready to accept that the body which they buried just now was Lisa's body. After looking for a long time at the grave, Carl Black turned around and left. Mack Black saw him walking out of the cemetery and chased him after. Reaching out his hand, he asked "Where are you going? Everyone is here. Stay for a while."
"I hope you can manage everything. I need some time alone."
