In the unknown nameless planet, King Cold's eldest son and Frieza's future older brother can be seen.

This planet seems vivid from the outside but from its inside it is a rocky desert-like planet. It has a rock built throne where Cooler and his Cooler's Armored Squadron sat upon, recieving the news that his father was defeated in a fight.
Cooler: " What did you say, you bastard?! If it's a lie, i will kill your whole family! "
Mob henchman: " I- I, Lo- Lord Cooler. I'm telling the truth! King Cold had been de- defeated in a battle! Pls! Spare me! " -After telling that to Cooler, the mob kneeled and kowtow.
Cooler: " So, is he dead?!"
Cooler ask his right hand man next to him while smiling.
Salza: "I don't think so, my Lord. That unknown enemy who called himself Madara Seru of the *strongest* Seru Race didn't finish King Cald and just make him unconscious. Base on the information of our spy there sent to us, my Lord."
This information made Cooler frowned and growled a little.
Cooler: "Hmm.. That guy must be strong huh. Defeating father who is much stronger than current me. I think we should lay low for a while, for that unknown guy not lay his eyes on us! "
Cooler: " I will just end him later after I train and obtain new transformation. Or get power from *that* thing! "
Cooler's personality is quite similar to that of his younger brother and his father, though with a few noticeable differences. Like Frieza, Cooler handles problems in an intellectual and serious manner. Though, unlike his future brother, Cooler is not consumed by his ego and is less likely to underestimate his opponents.
Cooler: "But ashame indeed. Kukukuku. Ashamed that my *father* is still alive! That f*cking old geezer! "
Mob henchman 1: " So, Lord Co- Cooler! Can i g- go now? " - the kneeling mob henchman ask Cooler nervously.
Cooler: "hmm... Kukukuku! Of course you can go now...- TO HELL!!!! "
Mob henchman 1: "Nooo!! Why my lorddd?!-!"
Cooler then raised his finger and fire a laser that hit the mob henchman in the head.
*Boom*
*Spurt*
Cooler: " You! Dispose this pest's body! Giving me a frustrating news! Huh! Kukukuku! Don't worry *father*, I will kill you myself after killing that Madara guy in front of you, to let you know who is strongest in this Universe! Kukukuku!"
*gulp*
The other persons inside the throne room shaken from what they witness about how their Lord act and said just now.
Despite of his honorable qualities, Cooler is a ruthless killer, even by his own admission. While he does not appear to relish in the agony and despair of his opponents like his brother does, he is willing to attack children, kill his family, ambush enemies from behind and inflicting great harm upon an already incapacitated opponent without a second thought.

Cooler: "Speaking of gaining power fast, Zalsa! What happened to your squadron's investigation and finding about the legendary fruit?! "
Zalsa: " I- We are sorry, my Lord! But its look like it will take some time or even a year or so to find that thing in this vast universe. And now with this Madara guy, I think it will take us more time so-"
Cooler: " Shut up! Don't talk unnecessary thing if it will only make me angrier! If you're not my right hand man, i already kill you! "
Zalsa: " M- My deeply apologize, Lord Cooler! " -he said while bowing

- Madara's POV -
*phew* That was dangerous. I know that in my current power i can't risk my life to a planet blowing up even with my insane regeneration.
It's look like i will not witness what i feel hidden in King Cold right now. Anyway, what now...
Me: " hmm... You! Come here! "
I pointed to the strongest bystander that watching my fight.
Mob 1: "M- Me? sir?! "
Me: " Yes you! As the strongest in your squad, i want you to call all of King Cold's army that are still alive right now! I have something to announce! "
Mob 1: ' *still* alive??' " Ye- Yes! Lord ??? "
Me: " Just call me Lord Madara! now go! "

After commanding the mob, Madara contact all the Guardian Cell using *Telepathy* to stop killing and annihilating King Cold's army because he has a plan for them and need some people to command.
Madara: "What kind of ruler I'm if i don't have someone to rule? hahahaha "
Madara: " I will just erase some of their evil intention using dragon balls. I will also let Cold live and teach me how to run this universe. Might as well make him take care of it while I'm practicing. Nah, I will just command the Guardian Cells alternately to do that."

After an hour, Madara just meditate while waiting for others to come.

One after another, all the King Cold's army or now the Madara's cannon fodder's spaceship descent outside the castle and quickly went outside to greet their new ruler. Even if they didn't want to, they can't do anything just like Cold had done to them.
All of these people knew about King Cold's defeat and their bet. Because of King Cold's confidence and arrogance that he will win the fight, he wanted the others to watch his fight and make them more admire and fear him. Which to his shame, it didn't happen.

Madara didn't wait for other spaceship to come, some of them might take a year because of the distance.
Waiting for all of them to settle, Madara came out from the castle and fly in the sky while his back is in front of the sunlight. This move made Madara look like a god in front of them, just like how Deidara saw Itachi in their first meeting.
Madara: " All of you! As you can see, your King Cold had been defeated by me easily! You know what that means, right?!"
Madara said that loud and clear while spreading his arm, for the others to hear. This made the soldiers to shiver because they don't know what will happen to them now. They're wondering if Madara is more ruthless than King Cold?
Madara: " It means that I will be your Emperor from now on! Call me Emperor Madara! "
All of the soldiers kowtow in front of Madara which he didn't expect.
In unison, all of them say...
"Long Live! Emperor Madara! "
"Long Live! Emperor Madara! "
"Long Live! Emperor Madara! "

Madara: "Ahhhh! Stop! Stop! That's enough! "
'F*ck! This made my ears hurt!'
Madara: " I know that all of you are worried towards me! But rest assure, as a new ruler! I will make this Universe more prosperous! That means I will not be a tyrant like Cold! "
All of them felt a little at ease but didn't fully remove their wary from their new ruler. But they are certain that from this day forth, the universe will have massive changes.

The Guardian Cells bow after coming back from their mission just as their master finished his speech.
Madara: " Good job guys! I want to all of you choose your own squad from these people. Just bare with these weaklings from the time being. "
Guardian Cells: " As you wish, Master! "

While the Guardian Cells chosing their people, Madara thought to himself for a while and decided to go back to Earth to see if Vomi's Condition.
Madara: *hmm...* ' For now, I want to experience riding spaceship going back to Earth'
Madara: " Okay guys! Some of you come with me! I need pilots to control my ship! "
Madara: "And you, Guardian Cells! I want you to train your own squad for the time being while I'm gone and welcome others who will come later from long trip! Understood!"
Guardian Cells: "Yes! Master!"
Madara's force: " As you command! Emperor Madara! "
Madara: " Hmm... Now! Lets go! "
Madara and some of his pilot fly to the former King Cold's own spaceship and now Madara's. They went inside and then set off.
