"Teacher Li, let me walk you out."
Joon took steps towards the door, with Scarlett closely following him. The young boy, pulled by his mother, tried to kick Joon. His foot landed right on a sensitive spot on Joon's leg. She couldn't help but let out a soft 'tsk' and frowned at him.
Before the boy could say anything, the woman spoke up, "What are you doing? Your brother is so young, and you want to hit him?"
Joon remained silent. The boy, with his neck stiffened and an air of defiance, shouted, "I hate you!"
Scarlett acted as if she saw nothing, calmly leaving the apartment. She knew that by doing so, she could protect the girl's dignity to the greatest extent.
As she took the elevator down and stood at the entrance of the residential area to hail a cab, a text from Joon came in: "Miss Li, can we have two consecutive lessons every Saturday afternoon?"
Scarlett replied: "Sure."
