Chapter 76 : Forever together.

Third person point of view

Junkyu was sitting on the bed, playing with the ring on his hand. It has been a few days since the conference. Everyone close to him knew that they were together even before he announced in the press conference. Both of their parents were also sure they were going to get married even before then. But for now the world only saw them as lovers.

And for some reason the topic of marriage never really came up between them. Junkyu stopped and looked at Haruto who was looking at something on his computer. " Ruto-ya ". Haruto turned to Junkyu. " Let's get married ". Junkyu said out of the blue. " Huh ? " " I want to get married to you ". Junkyu repeated with a determined expression. Haruto chuckled.

" Why so suddenly ? " Junkyu tilted his head. " Even though we are almost like a married couple, we aren't. So I want to finish that and claim you as my husband ". Haruto smiled. " Sure. Let's get married then ". Junkyu grinned. " Really ? " Haruto nodded. Junkyu picked up his phone to call Yui. She immediately picked up and Junkyu informed her about it all.

She was very happy to hear that they were willing to do it and told him she will send the details of places and venues for Junkyu to choose from. Junkyu chatted a little more and then hung up. Junkyu then called and informed both of their parents. They asked for each other's contacts and were deciding upon meeting up. Junkyu then called Jihoon and Hyunsuk.

They were both surprised and really happy too. And also Jin, who congratulated him. Junkyu smiled putting his phone away. He and Haruto then had to speak in a conference call with both of their parents along with Yui. They spoke for a long time about a lot of things regarding the wedding. Ji Ho who found about this was also very happy.

Their parents met up at Haruto's house in Korea. They all gathered on the weekend and discussed further about the wedding plans and all other things. They all also agreed on Yui taking care of things required after they fix the place they want the wedding at. They spent a few days together and then went their ways after fixing a date.

Yui did send them all details like she promised in a few days. Junkyu looked through them along with Haruto and they discussed about them with Yui. They then came to a conclusion and decided on a place. They chose to do it in Italy. Yui then showed them the venues and they thought they would fix one after Yui checks them.

Since it was in a different country, like she promised; Yui was going to personally stay there and taking care of everything there. After she went there, she always asked for suggestions by sending pictures and also showing it them the venues through video calls if possible. They liked one of them the most and asked Yui to book for the date.

They didn't want invite a lot of people for the marriage. They decided to hold parties later in Korea and also Japan to meet the others. There were very few people they were going to invite and the photos were also not going to go out at that time. Junkyu said he was going to announce it later and they agreed to it.

They went to the fitting for their suits. Haruto was sitting on the couch waiting for Junkyu to finish. He was already done. They pulled the curtains away and Junkyu was standing there in the suit. Junkyu looked at Haruto with a smile. Haruto got up and walked to Junkyu. He held Junkyu's face and kissed his forehead.

Junkyu closed his eyes. They pulled away. " Do I look good ? " Junkyu asked looking up at Haruto. " Good is such a small word. You look beautiful ". Haruto said and Junkyu laughed. They finished it and made sure to get Yui's opinion too. They were almost done with everything else. They were to send invitations to those they were inviting. They also got that done.

Wedding day

Junkyu felt very nervous. Jihoon and Hyunsuk told him that it was going to be fine, but he still was very much nervous. He walked down the aisle with his dad. Haruto was standing there smiling at him. Junkyu walked up to him. They stood facing each other. The priest read the vows.

" Do you, Watanabe Haruto, wish to take, Kim Junkyu, as your lawfully wedded husband in the name of god and promise to be with them in all their happiness and hardships and trials in life and promise to support them through everything ? " Haruto smiled. " I do ". He said looking Junkyu in the eyes.

" Do you, Kim Junkyu, wish to take, Watanabe Junkyu, as your lawfully wedded husband in the name of god and promise to be with them in all their happiness and hardships and trials in life and promise to support them through everything ? " " I do ". Junkyu said. Both of them were smiling. " You may now kiss ". They moved forward and kissed.

The crowd cheered loudly. Both of them pulled away, the smile never leaving their lips. Haruto held Junkyu's face and kissed his forehead. " I finally made you mine. Watanabe Junkyu ". Both of them laughed. " Sounds good ". Junkyu said liking the name. " You are the best scandal that has ever happened to me ". Junkyu said and both of them laughed.

They turned to the crowd with a smile and all of them clapped for them. They had a party afterwards. All of them enjoyed to the fullest, happily. Haruto and Junkyu even danced along with all the others. First to some upbeat music and then some slow music for the couples there. They even teased Hyunsuk and Jihoon about their marriage. They had a very nice time.

All the others left, by the next day or that next day. But the newly wed couple stayed there itself for their honeymoon and enjoyed their time of stay there. During their stay, they went to look at some tourist sights or just stayed in the hotel room without going out, rolling in the sheets like there was no tomorrow.

They returned to Korea feeling happy and content. And it was finally time for them to announce it to others besides those who knew. They hosted the party in Korea first which was under Haruto's surveillance. They invited people from Junkyu's side and Haruto's side. All of them attended the party and happily congratulated them.

Then they flew to Japan and hosted a party for people there. Junkyu got to meet a lot of Haruto's relatives too. He also found out later that Asahi wasn't actually Haruto's biological brother. Asahi's parents passed away in an accident and Asahi's father who is Haruto's father's cousin brother was also into business.

To everyone's surprise, they unexpectedly left a will with Haruto's parents as guardians for Asahi. So ever since then, none of them treated Asahi any different than Haruto. They brought him in and Asahi stayed there along with them. And even Haruto looked up to him like an older brother.

The both of them were really close to each other. They were since before but it grew stronger later on. They grew up together in the same house. After Asahi came of age, he decided to merge the company his father left behind with the Watanabe enterprises. Their dad was the chairman and Asahi was the CEO for the companies in Japan.

Even Haruto's parents saw Asahi as their own older son. They always treated him the same as Haruto. Junkyu didn't feel any awkwardness even after finding out all of this. He was Haruto's older brother no matter what changed. He would also respect him and treat him like Haruto did, without any indifference.

Haruto and Junkyu even teased Asahi asking when he was going to get married. Asahi smiled and pushed the topic away. The party was over peacefully. They were finally done with everything. But they didn't get to stay for long as they both had to get back to work. They flew back to Korea after staying only for a day after the party.

Everything was settled down and they were back to their lives. But Junkyu felt that it was different from before. Nothing particularly changed but he felt like there was something different and he just liked it even more now. The kind of change that brought a smile to his face every time he thought of it.

He picked a few photos from his wedding and honeymoon and posted them announcing his marriage. He made sure Haruto was not seen in any of them. He put his phone down and saw Haruto walking into the room. Haruto smiled when he saw Junkyu. Junkyu smiled up at Haruto. Haruto rubbed Junkyu's head and sat down beside him.

" What is it ? " Junkyu picked up his phone and showed it to Haruto. Haruto smiled at the pictures. Junkyu rested his head on Haruto's shoulder. He held Haruto's hand with both of his, playing with the wedding ring on his finger. Haruto put his other hand around Junkyu holding him close and kissed his head.

Junkyu smiled and took a deep breath leaning into Haruto's embrace. He could smell Haruto's scent and he could also feel Haruto's steady heartbeat from his side. He felt happy and content. He wouldn't ask for anything else as long as he had Haruto by his side. He wasn't going to say it out loud though. He knows Haruto will tease him for it.
