Read carefully, it switches back and forth in first person on both ML/ FL. There will be No pov name tags. FL's name is revealed by ch26, that ch will be very important to understand. Secondany characters will be written in third person. I know novels like this aren't popular since it's to slow. But I know true readers enjoy reading. Suddenly, my stance became still as Cory ambled over close enough that I feel his pleasurable breath airing my face. A heatwave pumped through my veins. As I felt his fingers touch the waistline on my hips. His pupils filled with what seemed to be desiring lust. I was caught in the moment of being mesmerized by those striking eyes. As both, his hands' fingertips travel from my hips along the waistband of my jean shorts. Until he reached the center button. My heartbeat was pounding like a drum and my breath was taken. I found myself lost in his forbidden dark marble green eyes. A half-grin curved on his right lip. And I hear the button on my shorts snap open. I pant as his face leans into my right ear. "So I guess that means I am undressing you," He whispered so seductively. M-rated, gore, domestic violence, gruesome death, assault even sexual, suspense. Chapter 87: Pregnancy term

~ At first Maria and I stood here awkwardly for a second or two. We both looked at each other seemingly shy. I mean it's not like she and I know each other.

But then she sweetly broke the silence, "Come have a seat on the couch." She said in a friendly manner.

So I obliged by doing just that. Straight across from behind us from around the coffee table. We sat down on the couch together.

Breaking more odd silence, Maria asked gently, "How are you holding up?"

"I'm fine." After a breath, I asked, "What about your friends, have you heard anything back?"

In sadness, Maria said, "Most of them still have yet to wake up from out of the lifeless state. Luckily, all my friends have the immortality gene. Diego, Linda's husband found her in time, so she's ok."

"I am glad your friends are going to be ok and Linda made it out." Then I asked more sadly, "What about the lady who was pregnant?"

"My friend who lost her baby woke up an hour ago. I heard she was in hysterics over her unborn. She was in a six-month term with that baby. I think she and her husband will try again this coming moon phase. Since conceiving a baby is at its strongest compared to the other days." Maria said in such sorrow for her friend.

Feeling bad, I said sincerely. "I hope she can get pregnant again. Hopefully, if she does. She'll successfully carry and this next term won't be as long."

Maria nodded and said, "I agree, my boys were both short term. I birthed Jake within a month after conception and this new baby I have now was two months. Clara was a nightmare. I was scared I'd lose her because she was a year term before I had her. I got lucky and didn't miscarry her or wasn't put down to terminate the pregnancy. It's hard to carry since you never know how long your term will be. Regardless, that I wished my kids were more spread apart by a hundred or thirteen years apart from each other. But I am so thankful to have my three kids. Compared to most women within the Kingdom. I've been lucky not to lose any babies."

After Maria was done kinda going on in her pregnancy topic. She noticed Sally's face got worried and seemed a bit scared too.

"Oh, Sally." Maria asked with concern, "What is wrong? Did I say something to upset you?"

Troubled within my mind, I said softly, "It just kinda dawned on me. Cory mentioned making our own family. I just have such mixed feelings about carrying his baby. A baby to this man, I don't even know."

Lightly smiling Maria's face lit up some."The day you carry your first child that won't even matter to you anymore. Cory is so gentle with you Sally. I can see that by how he kissed your forehead showed he has passion for you. When you carry your first child. His child! Cory will care for you greatly during your pregnancy." Maria said in a comforting yet encouraging voice.

Yet, still, I was troubled believing this because my mind was clouded by fear. I never wished to get married to a Primary King such as Cory. Regardless, if I was birthed within their Kingdom and he is undoubtly breathtaking gorgeous.

Nobody understood, I only wanted out. So I could run away from this unknown fate bestowing itself upon me. Thinking of carrying an unborn to such a man, caused my heart to bleed. All I wanted to do was be free from this fate to marry a man, I didn't know. How could fate be doing this to me? I asked within my mind.

I found myself lost in all these stressful thoughts. "Well enough of this you and I are babysitting today." Maria randomly mentioned with this weird giddy smile.

That snapped me awake from out of these distressing thoughts cycling around my brain.

"Babysitting?" I mumbled confused...

[Author's note ~ Any names mentioned in the storyline will have a important part as a secondany character. They each have their distinctive personality. Diego has a huge part in the storyline over his Wife Linda. Same with their older teenager son has a big part too. But it doesn't happen until later on down the chapters.
