Chapter 19

The morning sun forced it way into the luxurious club room. On the double king bed laid a beautiful Jessica who looked exhausted and worn out. She was wrapped in yellow sheets a s she slept like a baby. Her dark long lashes seamed to be finding ways to fly and her short dark hair spluttered in her face.

On the sofa of the room laid Calvin his hair scattered and his face looked messy with stitches and plasters everywhere. His dress still contained traces of blood.

Calvin's eyes suddenly open and with a jolt he wakes up he looks around the room and sees Jessica's tired face. He had no idea how he got to this room however seeing Jessica who had clearly been abused made his heart ache.

He gently pats her head slowly as though he was trying to relieve her of the pain. However Jessica movies an was up.

Ugh..

Jessica woke feeling the whole world on her head. A dazzling headache reigned on her and she couldn't help but groan in pain.

Calvin was startled however the guilt in his eyes were unhidden as he didn't know how to face her.

Jessica slowly opens her eyes blinking the blurriness away. She looks at Calvin and a look of shock appears on her face. With all the stitches and all the plasters Calvin's crystal bright eyes seamed to have been toppling over wars of darkness. She had been hazy last night and Calvin's disguise was quite blinding. However now she knew for sure this was one of her long lost friends.

But...but last night...

Argh! She groans as a sharp flash of memories hit her.

She grits her teeth and mutters; get out.

She looked confused and haggard.

Calvin was not surprised as he expected a much hostile greeting. He only gave her a guilty look and left unwillingly. He lingered behind the door for a while and went down to book the room next to hers. He wanted to fix what he had caused.
