Hero Names/ Internships

When the kids go back to class they notice Aizawa's bandages are off. Aizawa didn't pay much attention and turned the class's attention to the board. On the board it was the amount of offers each kid got.

"Usually it's more spread o-"

Before he could finish Color Wheel walked in.

"Hey, Shouta. I got a couple more offers for a student. I forgot to count these earlier."

She hands him a paper and then looks back up at her.

"Are you sure this count is correct?"

"Yes I am. I even got Nezu to help me."

As Aizawa sighs he goes up to the board and begins writing. It's hard to tell what he is writing since he is blocking the view. The class waits and watches with anticipation. They were hoping that maybe they were the ones who had offers. As Aizawa got out the way the class gasped. Above Todorokis name was Kats name with 5,296 offers. The entire class turned around to face Kat but she was soundly sleeping on her desk.

Aizawa picks up an eraser and throws it at Kats head. She slowly picks up her head and looks around as the class looks at her.

"Glad you could join us Kat. "

Aizawa says annoyed. Uraraka turns to her and tells her

"You got the most offers from the sports festival! Good job that's really impressive."

"Oh really? I wasn't expecting that."

The class couldn't tell if she was being sarcastic or genuine. Aizawa speaks up.

"That's enough chit chat. Today you will be picking your hero names with midnight."

Mr. Aizawa goes into his sleeping bag while Midnight enters the room. She begins explaining how important hero names are and how they stick around forever. As they get started, Midnight is accepting and denying many names. Then it gets to Kat.

"I hope this is a good name. I am the strongest hero: Powerhouse."

"I like it. It's a little flashy though."

Kat smiles then sits down.

"For someone who doesn't even want to tell her quirk, you're really cocky."

Kat turns her head and realizes it was Bakugo who said it.

"Are you sure you want to talk about cocky?"

He scoffs and continues writing his name. Kat smirks and puts her head down. After class when everyone was talking about their internship Kat woke up. She decided to leave and she walked behind Uraraka who was practicing her punches. Kat grabbed her elbow before it could connect to her face.

"Your form is off. Tuck in your elbow and guard your jaw. Don't wind up the punch or your opponent will see it coming. If you punch from where your arm already is and use your waist it will be a much faster and stronger punch."

Kat put her hands on Urarakas waist and led her hands into position. Uraraka followed Kat's steps and smiled.

"WOAH. You were right, I feel much stronger. Thank you Kat!"

"Your welcome."

Kat walked away with a straight face. She didn't really know how to make friends. She felt like it would just be a repeat of the middle school incident. She actually liked her class so she thought it would be best to keep them at a distance. She was a monster and she didn't want them to find out.

Internship

Everyone went their separate ways for their internships. Kat ended up going with the number five hero Color Wheel. Most teachers at UA don't have time to lead their agency but since Ms. Misaki is the counselor, she has a lot more time than other teachers. Kat chose to go to her agency for a reason. Color Wheel is very picky about the people who intern at her agency. It's one of the most famous agencies in the world. When Kat arrived Color Wheel's sidekick hurricane greeted Kat at the door.

"Oh hey Kat. Color Wheel is right upstairs finishing her paperwork. Why don't you change into your hero costume and we will all go patrolling."

"Got it. Do you know if she's going to be making me do anything else? Ms. Misaki can be a little tricky."

Kat says, rolling her eyes. Hurricane chuckles nervously and answers

"Well… we will see. It's not like she tells me much."

Kat nods and goes to change. She thinks to herself as she looks for the bathroom.

"Why do I feel like she's planning something."

Kat's hero costume isn't anything fancy. It's red and black with a small belt. It's like a one piece swimsuit with two holes in the back and in the front of her suit. It's fire, water, freeze, and electric proof. Once she's done putting on her hero costume Kat goes to meet Color Wheel who has her back to Kat. She's looking out the window and Kat can feel that she's about to regret coming to her agency.

"Powerhouse. Are you ready to start working?"

Color Wheel turns around and has a mischievous look on her face.

( Fast forward a couple of hours.)

At the best jeanest agency Bakugo was getting a lecture. His hair was slicked down and he looked really pissed. In the middle of the lecture Kat entered the room out of breath.

"Best… Jeanist. I.. have… some papers.. for you."

Kat is trying to catch her breath and as her breathing starts to normalize she looks up to see Bakugo. Bakugo looks back and it's obvious he didn't expect to see Kat. Kat looks at Bakugos hair and tries to hold back a laugh.

"SHUT UP BEFORE I KILL YOU."

" HAHAHAHA. What are you going to kill me with? The sharp edges of your hairstyle?"

"Enough you two. Let me see those papers…?"

"Oh I'm the hero Powerhouse. Color Wheel is making me do her errands so I'm running around giving other heroes some papers. I'm not sure what they say."

"Oh yea powerhouse. I saw you at the festival. It's a shame you didn't come to my agency."

"Ah yes i'm sorry. I just felt like Color Wheel could train me best."

"Well that is understandable. Bakugo take your friend to my office while I read these."

Bakugo turns around still looking pissed and walks out the door. Kat walks behind him still muffling her laughter. Once they get to the office Kat stops in her tracks. Bakugo turns around.

" Hey what the hell happened?"

"Oh nothing, forget it."

Bakugo looks at her and turns around. He can feel something is off but felt like he shouldn't push. Kat's fist balls up and she seems a bit upset. She couldn't put her finger on it but she had a strange feeling… almost as if she could feel something was wrong. She checks her phone and notices a new message.

"Something bad is going to happen. I need to get back. Tell the best jeanist I had to leave."

"I AM NOT YOUR DAMN MESSENGER."

As Bakugo yells Kat runs out really fast. As she's running she's thinking to herself

" Dammit Midoriya. Why the hell would you send me your location? He's in trouble. It makes the most sense."

Kat runs towards Midoriya's location which is still super far. It would take her at least a minute to get there but she knew there was something wrong. She arrived in an alley and there was a burst of fire. Todoroki was there. She looks in the direction the fire came from and she sees the hero killer stain and Iida on the floor paralized. Kat also saw Mioriya on the floor across. What should she do?

"I can't believe I'm about to do this."

Kat goes invisible and sneaks up on the group. But the hero killer sensed her. Right before she was about to attack he threw one of his daggers straight for her face. Kat dodged and there wasn't a scratch.

"Kat!"

Todoroki, Iida, and Midoriya said. They seemed happy to see her.

"Dammit, what the hell is going on here. Actually tell me later. Do you know his quirk?"

"He can paralyze people by tasting their blood. The time depends on what type of blood you have."

"Got it."

Stain rushes Kat but Todoroki uses his fire to block him. He threw a knife at Kat and Todoroki but Kat grabbed both of them and stood next to Todoroki. She noticed Midoriya and Iida starting to get up. She whispers to Todoroki

"Distract him. He's getting restless."

Kat charges at him but he sees it coming. He jumps over her and tries to stab her from above. Todoroki uses his fire to make sure he doesn't hit her and as he dodges the fire Iida kicks him. Kat kicks him in the stomach as he falls back down and breaks a couple of ribs. He flies back into the air and Iida and Midoriya both are able to kick him. Kat notices Midoriya wince and goes up to him when they are back on the ground.

"Let me see your hand Midoriya. I can heal it a little bit."

"Oh… thank you."

Midoriya blushes as Kat takes his hand. After she heals up Midoriya as best she can she helps Todoroki tie up Stain. They then disarmed him.

" I'm going to go ahead and make sure the heroes find you. Be careful."

As Kat runs away, Someone comes from on top of the building and Todoroki, Iida, Native, and Midoriya are on edge.

"Wow you guys are really impressive. I was going to try to take him out myself but you beat me to it. Plus, your quirks are super impressive. You look like ingenium. Are you related to him in any way? It even looks like you have his quirk. And you. You have two really amazing quirks. One is ice and the other is fire? Can you use both at the same time or is it still hard? OUU and you. You have an enhancement quirk? I have a feeling theres more to it then that."

The girl was wearing a big hoodie with big sweats. The hood was up but her pink hair was sticking out. Her skin was dark and her smile never wavered. She just kept smiling.

"Oh! I've got it. I thought the green haired kid reminded me of something. You remind me of a puppy! And you with the red and white hair reminds me of a peppermint!"

Midoriya and Todoroki looked a little confused. They are about to speak up but before they could the woman looks up revealing her eyes. They are a dark pink and she looks kind of scary. Still smiling she says

" Anyway… I have to go now. There are a few things I have to do before I meet up with someone. But, before I go ask the girl who was just here what the prime of the hero's quickwork was and how they were defeated. I can promise she'll give you the best reaction."

The woman chuckles and walks away. The boys just stay standing there for a second. They don't know how to react but they end up walking out the alley thinking the same thing.

"Whoever that woman was there was something off"

Kat meets the hero's as they are on their way to the alley and tells them where it is. She then continues running to where the most noise is. She hears scream and runs to save them. A nomu is about to attack a woman and she destroys it. She burns it to ashes and starts healing the injured man just as the hero Endeavor runs up.

"Hey. It's you. What are you doing here. Have you seen a flying one of those things."

Kat looks at him with an annoyed look on her face.

"Your son is in an alley and there are two injured. Go help them out instead of worrying about me."

Endeavor looks pissed but he remembers what Color Wheel said. He then runs in the direction of the alley. Kat sighs and takes the civilian to safety. After that night the hero killer stain was in the news. They all speculated that he was in the league of villains. Kat had a feeling he wasn't. She watched the villain and knew he was the type of person Shigaraki could hate. After Kat was done with the work Color Wheel assigned her she went to visit the boys in the hospital. When she arrived they told her about what the police chief had said.

"Well… I knew all that."

"YOU DID!"

The boys expressed surprisingly.

"Well yes. I know all the law and rules about being a hero. I've had to read about it since I was a kid. But I knew that if I didn't go to help, you all might have been hurt a lot worse. Sorry for not saying anything."

"No no don't be sorry. You helped us a lot."

Midoriya said. He looks down for a second and remembers what the girl said to ask.

"Um Kat? Can I ask you something?"

"Oh of course Midoriya."

"What was the prime of the hero quickwork and how were they defeated?"

Kat's face went unreadable for a second. Midoriya looked scared.

" WHAT THE HELL. THEY SHOULDN'T HAVE LOST THAT FIGHT. ESPECIALLY IN THEIR PRIME. THE VILLAIN GOT REALLY LUCKY WITH THAT LAST MOVE AND SOMEHOW QUICKWORK DIDN'T SEE IT COMING. IT WAS DAMN NEAR IMPOSSIBLE FOR THEM TO LOSE."

Kat kept on ranting as the boys listened. They all looked a little interested as Kat kept going on. When she was done she let out a sigh and said

" I'm sorry. That question really sets me off. Oh wait. How did you know how to ask?"

"Oh well it just came to my mind."

Midoriya had a feeling that he shouldn't tell Kat about the woman. Kat turned around and started walking out

" I have to go. I hope you all feel better.If there are any bad injuries I can try to heal them for you. Just give me a call."

As she walks out Kat chuckles at the question. It reminded her of the past. She couldn't really tell if it was a good thing or not. But she returns to Color Wheel and continues interning. She would run errands and patrol. When they encountered villains on patrol Color Wheel would take them on. The rest of the internship was typical and uninteresting. Even though that was the case Kat felt like something was going to happen. Something bad.
