Nica

Ein and Archie were not the only ones to begin making a move from where they were currently.

Tristan finished treating a patient after taking in many providing many with life-saving medicines and surgeries but the patient she just treated would be her last in that area.

She had already spent a long time making great progress but it had halted recently causing her to feel like she needed something to let her take another step forward.

Like others of the Minks who had been transforming from the serum that had been taken by them all, Tristan had taken on the full appearance of a Sulong too.

The ship carrying Ein, Yvie, Ting, and Ton had arrived just in time after she closed the clinic that she had been working out of for so long.

After getting on board, she began her short adventure along with them before they finally arrived next to the Red Line where they used their newly obtained passes.

If there was any big benefit gained from Alyssia becoming a Warlord then it was for her allies to be able to cross the Red Line without there being any big costs involved and without them being bothered by others.

There were no checks involved and when their passes were shown, they were able to pass through without a single incident.

The ship that transported them was allowed to go on its way without issue while the ship that arrived on the other side had several others ready to pick them up.

That ship continued on its way after picking them up.

Meanwhile, Nica was venturing through Raijin Island looking over the various defenses that were in place.

She made one final stop over to the tower that she stayed in after finishing her checks.

There was nothing out of place and everything seemed to be functioning well.

Even if she left, it would be difficult for others to invade the island effectively.

The citizens of Raijin Island had been able to rebuild after she joined them for so long and it was very likely that they could defend the island themselves if they were left alone.

The only thing that would cause them to fail to do that would be an incredibly great threat that would be able to stand up to many inventions she put in place and some of the weapons she had armed the citizens with.

The amount of people who would be capable of such a feat would be very small but Nica wanted to check over every little detail so that there would be far less room for there being any major damage done to Raijin Island.

Nica had come to like it in Raijin Island and she had become quite close with the citizens living there so she would not want any harm to come to them while she was away.

She started packing away her latest inventions, blueprints, and many other things like materials that she could use in the future before locking the rest that she could not bring in a vault she had built.

There would be a day when she would return so she needed to make sure everything would be there waiting for her.

She built the vault quite some time ago and it was very well hidden and sturdy enough to keep out almost anyone so her things would be safe until her return.

Once she got far enough to the edge of Raijin Island, she said her farewells and made some promises to return while informing them about some things she had put in place and any other changes that would take place while she was away.

The MMA started to appear off in the distance before docking in the port area.

Nica stepped forward taking a step onto the MMA where she saw many faces she had not seen in a while. "Hey guys!"

She flashed a cheerful grin as she remembered how she encountered each person and came to be close to them.

Alyssia and Tristan were her childhood friends who she got to know due to Alyssia studying some things alongside her.

When Tristan was studying medicine with Dr Miyagi, Alyssia popped in to learn some things but she spent other days messing around with Nica.

She did not know a lot of people back then and was far too focused on learning how to invent various things that interested her.

If it was not for Alyssia then she may have lived a life away from others as she secluded herself away only ever caring about her next project.

Nica and Alyssia shared their younger years discussing fun and new ideas together as they bounced one idea off each other before moving on to another.

They eventually came to get close through those exchanges and then Tristan and Bunbun were being introduced into her life gradually.

While she did not have an interest in medicine, there were things that she found interesting when Tristan and Alyssia tried to include her in some discussions.

That eventually resulted in them discussing how some inventions could be useful in helping others when they combined some of their mechanical and medical knowledge.

It was usually Alyssia who played the role of mediator between her and Tristan as they got to know each other better but she also played a role in letting them better understand each other.

They could both be quite hardheaded and stubborn when it came to things they deeply cared about so there were times when they found it difficult to find a compromise between them on some discussions they had.

It was usually Alyssia who was the one to come up with solutions and compromises to satisfy both of them.

It was the same when new people got introduced to their group and their group became larger.

Alyssia played the role of bridging the gap between each of them allowing her to get a little closer with Bunbun despite their very different interests.

Bunbun was a lot more outgoing than she was while she shared a lot in common with Alyssia in the way she liked learning martial arts and other things like that.

Archie was easier to get used to since he had an interest that could be easily translated into her interests with the help of Alyssia too.

Clifford much preferred swordsmanship so all that he ever had an interest in when it was related to her work was if she was making a weapon of some kind.

After growing up and setting out from Zou, her world expanded even further allowing her to experience much more.

All of the adventures and people she met along the way caused her to be endlessly inspired to create new things that she would not have thought about before.

Archie passed by Nica as his large size towered over her smaller body.

Among the Minks in the White Storm, Nica was the smallest female who was only 4'8" tall after she had completed her full Sulong transformation causing her to grow more in height than what she was before.

The large size difference between her and Archie made her look even smaller when stood next to him.

As Nica reached out, she patted the leg of Archie once before moving forward again. "Take care of them, big guy."

Archie flashed a big grin as he practically kneeled so that he could reach down to her height and then patted her head playfully. "I will. Go have fun!"
