New Serum

Foxy nodded and quickly left the room while Alyssia turned to Monera. "You can be in charge of the underwater group and live within the island on Ness' back. It does not matter if you wish to travel around the blues, the calm belt, paradise or the new world but do it all with Ness."

Monera flashed her sharp teeth as she grinned mischievously. "What exactly is my goal for this?"

Alyssia tilted her head with a thoughtful look on her face. "Salvaging and exploration just like the sky group but you can focus on exploring under the water and salvaging from the bottom of the sea whether it be in sunken underwater islands or ships found underwater."

Monera nodded. "Un. Sounds like something that my people are best suited for. I expect that you are not restricting my movements so much so that you can readily call upon me in advance?"

Alyssia smiled. "The biggest problem is Ness' size and if she grows far too big which does not allow her to pass through the Red Line through the underwater route so I hope that you can pass through before she grows too big or remain in Paradise with her until other preparations are made but… that does not stop you from being able to make the trip without her if I need help sometime."

Monera closed her eyes in thought and then answered. "Mm.. she will soon be unable to pass through so I cannot delay for too long here."

Alyssia then turned to Medea and then looked over a couple of the others. "I have held some back in some ways and stopped them from taking revenge or acting as you please but that is not what I want for you. In the future, I hope that you can get some closure in your own way but for now please just be patient and wait for the right time to act or at least be stealthy about it."

Medea nodded. "Yes, I will remember but I already have more than enough to carry out what I want."

Jester revealed a playful look in his eyes as he added. "If you want to help me take down a whole island and mess with the underworld then I would not mind getting a little revenge soon."

Alyssia replied calmly. "Medea, you can act as you please but try not to let any evidence be found if you do act. Jester, that will make things difficult but… I already have some people investigating into the underworld in the New World so I should be able to help in some ways."

Jester nodded with a large smile. "Great!"

Alyssia had sent one, two and three that were rooted in the underworld into the New World to develop with their own people they had gathered and it had been some time since they entered so they were slowly able to gather a little information that could help Jester.

If there was anyone in her crew with a dark past and a wish for vengeance then Medea and Jester were at the very top.

Medea could achieve her desire because of her strong abilities and the Ark Maxim but Jester was facing not only the corruption of his previous island but also the interference of an influence within the underworld so he needed more information.

Alyssia then turned to Ein and said. "I trust that you will maintain the Creation Union group and keep it running while I am away."

Ein nodded calmly. "Yes, I will keep it stable and I have prepared many backup plans in case of an emergency."

Alyssia smirked. "I believe you."

Although there would be those who would still follow her into the new world, there would be those scientists that remained on Baldimore or Rica Island and they would need someone to keep the relationship and businesses going while also providing protection so Ein was trusted with that responsibility.

She had more than enough to defend herself and others with her advanced robots and her own mechanical weapons and modifications to suit her new powers so Alyssia did not have to worry too much.

There were also the devil apes that were assigned to each member of the group so she had to worry even less about each of their survival once she enters the New World.

She then raised her glass again and said. "Everyone enjoy! This may be the last time in a while that we may all be together so lets have fun!"

She then appeared by Monera's side and rubbed her cheek against hers. "Come see me later, I have something to give you."

"Garchu!"

"Garchuuu!"

"Garchuu!"

"Fufufu!"

"Bahahaha!"

"For the White Storm!"

"Hic.."

She then later appeared by the two small tontatta tribe members named Ting and Ton and whispered. "You two come see me tomorrow and you will receive your rewards for all your efforts."

Tricking the tontatta tribe was easy but they still had yet to receive a worthy enough reward for everything they had done so Alyssia thought of a suitable way to pay them for everything.

The night and the party that went on passed by quickly as Alyssia had later met up with Monera and handed over a vial which was filled with a strange looking serum. "This is for you to decide if you want to use it or not but you will be the very first to test it. It is… very special and can only be used by specific races and in certain conditions to allow the best results."

Monera still had a very strong desire for more strength as she saw a huge unsurmountable gap between herself and Alyssia who she wished to have a chance at defeating one day so she replied. "I want to begin right away."

Alyssia nodded as she said. "I will help you prepare a room and suitable environment."

A long night passed as Monera was within a pool of water as many metal poles were placed around the edges and Monera was injected with the contents of the vial and the poles started discharging a large amount of electricity within the water as it travelled towards Monera.

She felt a large amount of pain as her body were electrocuted but under the intense pressure and desire to survive along with the effects of the serum, her body started to transform and grow in size as she grew further in size and reached up to 7'7" in height and her body became much stronger and more durable while her overall resistances or immunity to electrical attacks became much stronger.

She had evolved and grown stronger and bigger than before after being influenced by the serum and the created environment which allowed for a quick growth overnight which others could not gain so easily.

Alyssia looked over her friend and smiled happily. "I knew it was successful but the results were a welcomed result since this is the first official test. How do you feel? Any new powers or changes?"

Monera nodded. "Un. It seems that I have built up a high immunity to electrical attacks and I think I have gained some kind of ability that needs to be tested. However it seems that my bodies endurance and strength has been boosted the most but I guess it may be different for others and in different environments. I do not want to go through that again though."

Alyssia shook her head and laughed. "Aha, no way! This is only a one time thing for each person and you cannot gain the same opportunity."

Monera asked. "So what is it called?"

Alyssia answered. "I am too lazy to name it but I guess it would be SIQ2 if I was to consider its properties and the source it came from. This version is made specifically to target the non human part of half humans with animal, bird, insect or fish bloodlines and help them to evolve that part of them just as SIQ does for many types of animals. However due to the changes made to the original and it being targeted more towards half humans, its overall effects through evolution are reduced compared to what would be gained from the original on an animal. For a Mink, Merfolk or Fishmen then this serum should help gain an additional boost while possibly awakening a new power or immunity."

Monera was deep in thought as she was trying to discover her ability and then she said. "Follow me to the sea."

Alyssia quickly followed her and they found themselves near the sea where Monera stood with her eyes closed then let out a call with her voice as it turned very gentle but it spread into the water below.

A little time passed before many star sharks appeared one after another as they looked towards Monera eagerly.

Monera grinned happily as she explained. "It seems that I have unlocked a part of the merfolk bloodline within me that was more dormant so I have gained the ability to call upon star sharks."

Much like Jinbe's ability to call for whale sharks and to have some control over them and Poseidon's ability to call for Sea Kings, Monera's merfolk bloodline had let her gain a similar ability after evolving to call upon her own bloodlines kind of sea creatures and gain some control over them.

Alyssia nodded in appreciation. "This will be very useful for you."

She was already imagining the tactical advantages of such an ability and couldn't help but grow a little envious but she very quickly put away her own jealousy since she had yet to use the serum on herself.

She let out a small yawn and then escaped back to the castle where she hugged her children and fell asleep before the morning came and she started handling the things she had recently put off.

The sole person who knew of the formula of SIQ and SIQ2 was Dr Indigo and he was no longer needed so she ended his life finally and broke the stone statue that belonged to the former World Pirates since she had gotten everything she needed from them.

The two tontatta appeared a little later and Ting was the one to acquire the float power from Shiki as he was killed finally while Ton gained the muscle or protein powers from the Lawless King.

Both of them were already in a bad situation due to the many beatings and injuries they had accumulated from fights with Alyssia so they would not last much longer and had no longer been useful to her so it was time for their powers to be transferred to someone else who could use them which resulted in a small and quick tontatta inheriting the ability to float and manipulate any non living object she touches while the other gained increased muscular power beyond what is possible for regular tantatta tribe members.

After everything had been completed, Alyssia boarded her ship while carrying her two children and stood on the MMA once again. "Lets go on another journey! Now for the first trip before we leave this place for good. Fufufu!"
