Wrong target

Not knowing what to do Samuel felt like discovering the academy and all the facilities it contained.

Samuel compared the campus of the White Griffon with the Konoha Ninja School and found the same bit lacking. Despite not wanting the Samuel felt like the white griffon didn't have anything like the will of fire which would increase patriotism amongst the students and the most likely reason for the same was unlike ninja academy where a person joined at the age of 5 and without much knowledge about the world outside, such children can be easily moulded.

But children on mogar went to school in their teenage years they already had their thinking and forcing new thoughts might be counterproductive here.

Samuel made up a basic map of the academy in the following format

On the ground floor of the castle, there was the welcome area for the visitors and the Secretariat, were clerks would take care of the academy's paperwork.

The first floor accommodated the first year of the academy, the second floor the second one, and so on.

Above the fifth floor, there were the staff's living quarters and their personal labs, but most of the space was noted on the map as either empty or assigned to nondescriptly named departments

While Samuel was walking he got cornered by three boys. One of the boys with red hair appeared to be their leader while two other boys were to his side one having brown hair, while the other had silver hair. One of the lackeys the boy with brown hair blocked Samuel's way and stated, "Why aren't you commoner bowing? Don't you know who the person in front of you is, he is John Wilson only son of Count Wilson."

Samuel who was planning on ignoring the issue looked at the brown-haired boy and seeing that no other person was nearby, hit the boy behind the neck forcing him to fall down unconscious.

Samuel believed that rather than accepting the treatment once it was better to counteract and resolve the issue permanently by showing strength. Though he might have experience 2 lives after seeing condition of academy he knew that the without strength no rule is strong enough to protect himself.

Just after knocking the boy with red hair he hit the chin of boy with blue hair, making him also unconscious also. Nown only John Wilson was left who became scared after seeing his lackeys down.

When he saw Samuel coming near him, he was scared but on order to maintain his image should a firm stand and said, "Don't you know fighting in the academy is not allowed, now you will be expelled"

Samuel countered saying "That Article 21 of the academy prevents the use of magic for causing harm, while article 55 states harming students outside class is not allowed and article 134 states Bullying is not allowed'

"So please enlighten me what law I have broken here, you blocked my way, you forced me to bow down and what makes you so sure that I don't have a ballot and have been recording everything"

The nobel John felt like he chose the wrong target and while stammering said, "You also have a ballot"

Samuel wanting to toy with the child said "Why don't I make the drop rate of the first day double from 3 to 6 after complaining to headmaster Linjos"

John was now too scared, he was only son amongst 4 brother to get admitted in academy and if he lost the same privilege due to bullying, his father will skin him alive and losing the title will be last trouble.

Looking at Samuels face he felt angry at luck for bullying a child with ballot and having no other method he bowed to Samuel and said "Sorry, please I will I will not repeat the same thing again"

Samuel feeling like he had enough of the fun set to the noble. This is the last warning I'm giving you. If I see you bullying someone again, the recording will be shared with the headmaster

Samuel felt Sammy filed out giving another chance to a young boy wont be too bad of a decision. And he started going towards the dorm

Feeling like such issues might arise again. He went to the office of the head after knocking at the door The headmaster opened the door and invited Samuel inside.

Samuel, after seeing the headmaster power to him a bit and said, I would like to report an issue.

Linjos felt that another issue of bullying has already arisen after the case of Lith which happened just in the morning. He question the future of the academy and the kingdom after saying that the nobles, despite seeing three explosions today, have still not learnt their lesson.

Samuel then told the headmaster about the issue when the headmaster was just thinking about removing the students from the White griffon

Samuel asked him a question Whether the issue would be solved under the belt and the parent would just have to pay some money to the orphanage For Samuel to drop the case

Linjos recognising what Samuel meant questioned him "Are you sure you want to resolve the issue and keep it under the belt?"

To this Samuel replied with the nod, stating that a child could be given an another chance.

Thus Samuel's under the table deal was accepted and orphanage got a new Doner.

Before leaving towards his dorm, Samuel still requested a ballot for future use.
