Deal with a Demon
Sael pushed through the double doors, his spear thrumming with power. Inside the single occupant of the surprisingly normal room, especially after so many horrific labs, turned to face him. He couldn't even imagine what he was going to face. A slime for sure, right? Probably a woman, blue skinned and impossibly beautiful just like Undine and Selkie. Maybe a translucent figure or blob just like he had seen with the others become. Instead, what he got was a woman as expected. Short by human standards probably only five one or so. Rail thin but not the still attractive way Undine or Selkie had appeared. But a too thin appearance that contrasted with her grey hair and liver spotted skin. Her back was hunched and she stood in what looked far too much like a momo than any other outfit he could think of.
