INFINITY STONES IN MHA

Hello there, Before you dive into reading this novel, I would like to mention that it is not a story written for entertainment purposes. I am writing this as a way to improve my English skills. I work at an IT firm, which means I will only be able to upload 2-3 chapters per week. Please keep in mind that I am not an experienced writer, so expect a mid to low-level novel. However, my colleagues are supporting me, so I hope you can give it a try. Please note that there will be no harem in this novel. There will be a romantic aspect to it, but it will be slowly revealed. The main character is overpowered but likes to be in the spotlight.

"Maybe they can't help us. Or maybe they can. I'm just going to take care of some issues. I'll be back as soon as possible with good news," I said and went to my room.

"Wait, are you going now?" my mother asked.

"Not now. I have to see someone before I go. But yes, I'll be leaving as soon as possible."

I entered my room to see Momo sleeping without a care in the world. I nodded and took a suitcase to pack my things. After about 20 minutes, I was ready to move.

"Momo, wake up," I said, pulling her bedsheet and shaking her.

"Not today, I'm already tired from yesterday," she mumbled. I kicked her lightly in the butt.

"Hey, why are you kicking me?" she jolted upright.

"I'm leaving to take care of some business," I said, waiting for her response.

She immediately jumped up. "What! You're going somewhere? Where is it? Can I come with you?"

I nodded. "You can come, but you can't ask any questions about why I'm doing this. Like, I might kill a powerful hero. But you shouldn't worry. Everything I do is for our sake."

Her face turned pale. "Kill a superhero? Are you insane? The world already thinks you're some kind of terrorist, and now you want to prove it?"

I slowly sat on the bed. "You see, Momo, I've been thinking about this for a long time. What's the point of being a hero if there aren't

powerful villains to fight? The world has already branded me a villain. There's no point in looking back."

She bit her lip. "Please think, will your parents allow it?"

Just then, my mother stepped into the room. "Yes, we will allow it. What he says is correct. Heroes need a strong villain, and my son has never been interested in being a hero. Let this be an opportunity to test him."

I was shocked that my mother had been listening the whole time. Did she hear what AFO said as well?

"My son has been kind to a lot of people, but what did they give in return? A brand as a villain. If that's the case, why not take it as a sign that people don't want a hero like him," my mother finished.

Momo looked even more conflicted. She then came up with a solution. "My mother has the power to change this whole situation. What do you say?" she asked, even though she knew the answer.

"No, I don't want her getting involved with our problems. Tell me, Momo, will you come with me? I know you have morals that keep you locked into being a hero. But what's the purpose of having morals if you don't have anyone to share them with?"

That was the final nail in the coffin. She looked between my mother and me before nodding. "Alright, I will come. I'm not coming to help you, I'm coming to be with you. Nothing more, nothing less."

With that, we both packed our goods and teleported to the shores of Boston. The sun was about to set on the horizon when we arrived, and people around us looked at us weirdly.

"Why are we here?" Momo asked.

I breathed in the air and looked at the sun. "We're here to bargain. Can you make me a cell phone?"

She nodded and made a phone from her chest. "Here."

I dialed the number.

"Hello."

"Katie Bate, how are you, my dear girl? I hope your sister is fine," I replied with a smile.

There was a long pause. "My—my sister is fine. You don't have to worry about her," she stuttered, trying to hold back tears.

"I was just wondering, now that I have the cure for her, it would be great if the president and I could talk officially. Don't you think?"

Again, there was a long pause. "Well, if you have the cure, then that's good. Save my sister. You promised me, right? Now is your chance to show the world that you've changed. I'll give myself up."

"Nah, I want something else. A date with the president would do. Can you arrange that for me?" I replied with a laugh.

"I can't do that. I don't have the authority to even talk to him," she replied immediately.

"Oh well, if that's the case, I have no choice but to refuse to heal your sister. I even thought we had some chemistry," I said, throwing the phone into the sea.

"Why would you do that, Kaneki? What if they want to call you back?" Momo asked, looking at the speed with which I threw the phone.

"Don't worry, they'll track us if necessary. Just make a new phone and come with me. Let's go to the beach and have some fun."

Momo looked at the ocean and nodded. "It's been a long time since we had some fresh water hitting us."

Inside the White House, Trump was pacing, listening to the conversation between Katie and Kaneki.

"What do you think, sir?" asked Betty, the president's loyal assistant.

"What should I think? He's clearly baiting us. We don't have much choice. The rise of the parasite has caused a lot of trouble with heroes retiring left and right. We don't have much choice but to listen to him. Without him, we can't bring Cassie back. Without her, the whole hero force is fearing the worst." Trump stomped on the ground and angrily called a few people in the FBI to track Kaneki. "I'm sure he's going to cause some trouble for me, but I don't think I have a choice," he said, defeat in his voice.

Betty had been looking after the president's politics for a long time, and she knew that at this very moment, Trump's party was falling. If he couldn't bring Cassie back, he was done for.
