Jay rang the house's bell that Thor was staying in, with Sif and Three warriors in.
A girl with black hair, green eyes opened the door, peeking inside. She looked at him, comically widening her eyes, slamming the door.
Jay blinked, raising his hand, not sure about what happened before there was a squeal, audible even on the other side of the door, "it's Jay!! Jay!! This is a dream come true!!"
Jay chuckled, scratching his cheek as he looked down. More voices were coming from the other side before the young girl opened the door again, acting seriously, "who are you? Why are you here?"
Jay smiled at her, "my name is Jay. I came over to see Thor clear a few things up. Can I?"
"Thor? Which Thor?"
Jay patiently waited, "the same on that came here through the Bifrost. If I am not wrong, there are about five Asgardians in this house?"
"How do you know of Asgard?" Thor forced over the door, causing Darcy to nearly fall.
Jay took a step forward, and abruptly Thor was standing in the room, with Jane beside him, and Jay was sitting in front of him, on the chair, "Hm, your brother used magic when he met you. I was able to recreate his image and read his lips. Anyway, I came here with questions."
"No, wait! Don't start with I am here with questions. We were on the door, and now we are here?! How did that happen?" Darcy was waving her hand, walking towards the door, walking back, "No, I missed the steps."
"He's a Sorcerer."
Jay leaned back, narrowing his scarlet eyes, "Not just any Sorcerer. I was next in line when it came to becoming the Sorcerer Supreme. But I ran away because I didn't want to take all that responsibility."
"So there is a Sorcerer Supreme on Earth, and I thought it was just a legend." Thor muttered, greeting, "I am Thor Odinson. These are my friends, Sif, Hogun, Fandral, and Volstagg. This is Jane Foster, Erik Selvig, and Darcy, friends I made on Earth."
Darcy held her head, sitting down beside him, "ok, one of the richest guys on Earth is a wizard. I knew the theories were true. There must be vampires ruling over us."
Jay chuckled, "that's not true..." He doubtfully furrowed his brows, "I think."
Erik shook his hand, "I am a big fan of the work you have been doing. I follow Stark Industries and all of your subsidiary companies on Twitter, waiting for new amazing gadgets."
Jay shook his hands, smiling, "sorry, Dr. Selvig, I have seen and read your brilliant work. But right now, I am wondering if we might get attacked, so I have to talk to Crown Prince of Asgard over here."
Jane pulled Erik back, "that sounds important. Wait, why will we be attacked?"
Jay shifted his eyes towards Thor, "because Thor's brother said that Odin is dead and Thor is forbidden from going back. But, here are four warriors that came for Thor. It makes me think...Thor's brother doesn't want him to come back."
"Loki desires the throne!" Fandral clenched his fists, indignantly shouting.
Thor raised his hand, "my friends brought the news to me. My father is not dead. Loki lied to me."
Jay pressed his lips, "what I said. The point is...is there a chance that he might come over or send someone over?"
"Loki is good at tricks. But he doesn't have the guts to fights." Sif mocked.
Suddenly, there were slight tremors under them, and Jay glanced towards the side, "that was Bifrost. You were saying something?"
Jay stood up, calling Coulson, walking out, "wait, where are you going?" He paused his steps, glancing back towards Thor, "well, to deal with the problem. You should stay hidden until you get your powers back."
"I should stay hidden?" Coulson asked on the other side of the cell.
"No, don't get any closer to whatever came from the other side. You will die, get back here to the town and help people evacuate."
"But-"
"Coulson, follow orders. There is no time for all this." Jay cut the call, taking a deep breath, "You should evacuate as well."
Jay opened the portal, stepping inside, but he didn't close it. Instead, he left it open as he walked away.
Sif turned towards the portal, "we should go as well. Even if he is a Sorcerer, he is just a human."
"Right, this is something that we should deal with."
Thor put his hands on their shoulder, "I can't fight beside you, my friends. But I can help evacuate the citizens."
Outside the town,
Jay watched Coulson and other agents run inside to evacuate the citizen. While an armor about 10 feet tall walked over, its eyes shined before its head opened, firing a beam towards Jay.
Jay rolled his eyes, creating a portal. The beam went inside one, coming out from behind him, hitting the armor, causing it to fall down on the ground, "and here I was expecting so much. Loki."
The Destroyer raised its head, firing another beam. But Jay created another portal, opening above the Destroyers. The beam went inside its back, "hmm, what metal is that? Oh wait, I am talking to myself. No, actually, I know you can hear me. But year, you can't talk. So, I am talking to myself."
Jay rubbed the back of his head, "God, I need some entertainment."
The Destroyer got on his feet when a portal appeared beneath it, and it fell through.
Jay closed the portal, looking towards the town, waiting until the Destroyer was about to fell on the ground when Jay created another crater, causing it to drop even faster.
It was about three more times before Thor came running, "how are you doing?"
Jay pointed towards at the sky,
Jane Foster, who joined Thor, looked up with him, seeing something fall from the sky.
"Is that my Destroyer?" Thor held his hand on his forehead, shielding himself from light, staring at the sky.
Jay snapped his finger; the Destroyer came to a stop, creating a crater beneath it, without even falling.
The dust caused Thor and Jane to cover their faces, to save themselves from the dust, "I was getting bored after playing with it so much. It's all yours. I think you should be able to handle it."
Thor coughed, opening his mouth, "No, I don't..." He looked at Jay, who disappeared, "I don't...have my powers anymore."
Destroyer shined, making Thor take Jane's hand, "run!!"
Jay appeared on top of a building, watching them run, "you should have told me you were coming."
Natasha leaned on the ledge, watching Destroyer shoot a beam creating blasts, destroying the car behind the two, "was that a good idea?"
"I don't know. Something about the situation feels off. Moreover, it seems Thor's father took his powers and put them inside the hammer, enchanting it. Now Loki is making a mess, and Odin is not stopping. Now that people are safe, I want to see what is going on."
Natasha stood straight, feeling his arms on her waist as he hugged her from behind, kissing her head, "I thought you weren't going to come."
Natasha turned her ace towards the side, looking into his scarlet eyes, "I think...I just wanted to see a God. But it doesn't seem like much."
Jay lowered his head, planting his lips on hers, "you are worried about something."
Natasha looked away, her green eyes focusing on the Destroyer, still chasing after them. While the four warriors fought, "it's nothing."
Jay let out a breath, "now that I think about it. It's time."
Natasha curled her lips, "that's not it."
Jay kissed her hair, his hand stroking her stomach, "that's not what I meant. You are about to start the assassinations, aren't you?"
Natasha turned back, her mouth agape, "how did you?"
Jay held her hands, "We share a bed. Even if you want to hide things from me. You can't."
Natasha looked down, "Jay..."
"You don't want to kill?"
"No, I don't mind killing. Especially Hydra. But..." Natasha took a deep breath, looking up, "I never had people in my life that would be bothered by the fact that I am an assassin, spy, or things like that. But you are different. Even when we were on the mission, you didn't kill anyone. And I don't think I have ever seen you or heard you kill. Instead, all I saw was you actively helping people, saving them."
She sadly smiled, looking to the side, "I guess...this is the first time I care about someone's view...that I am not sure about the killing."
Jay leaned over her, putting his hands on the ledge, with Natasha leaning back. The two of them looked into each other's eyes, "want to hear the truth?"
Natasha shifted her eyes away, turning back towards him, breathing audibly, "yeah."
Jay was about to say, when he saw Thor walk towards the Destroyer, "we will continue that later on. There is trouble."
